The staff that work there are very disrespectful I watched the mystery of lady who came in there to use the as a guest in denied her access because they didn't want to accept her paper ID and said it wasn't a state ID which it is the lady tried to explain to them but that's what the BMV gives them they said it was no way they can except that I have seen the lady multiple times before using a computer for a few months so they are already know who she was it was completely disrespectful to her has she left they made fun of the entire situation calling her a bunch of stupid idiots and it's there discretion like she did something wrong very disrespectful and immature it was the blk and white guy that work night shift they need to undergo management they shouldn't be treating people like that I also noticed the Caucasian man that works nights flirts with every female student and have smelled like alcohol he gives the school a bad look

I’m affiliated with one IU campus other than IUPUI. Today I visited this library not knowing I needed to swipe my crimson card to get in. With the kind of stress/anxiety you have when you go to a new place, I turned to a walk-by health professional looking lady in scrubs in the lobby for help by saying “Excuse me!” She just ignored me and even DID NOT look at me. A student-looking guy offered help with his card and said “good luck” to me. I thought he also needed to go in the library but he didn’t. I really appreciated his help on this distressing occasion.

I like it. It is closed to where I do research and can provide journal articles that cannot be found in IUCAT

Best library to spend dedicated studying for step 1! will def miss this place after graduating
