This is the 2nd time where I experienced horrible customer service here. The older black lady that I believe is the manager completely embarrassed me. The cashier Teresa that I had was wonderful. However she had missed a tag and the alarm had went off. Me and my husband stopped when the alarm went off. Teresa had checked our bags and there was a tag in a pocket of some shorts. The manager made a comment and said they could have stole what the tag went to and placed them in the shorts really loud. Not even clarifing who “they” was. This experience has definitely ended me ever coming back here and I will definitely be bringing back almost all I purchased here. I spent almost 200, roses WILL NOT ever have my or my families business. I will surely let it be know about how the manger at that particular store is. You should not ever have that feeling I had shopping anywhere. It was straight humiliating!

This place is a dump that's selling defective items for regular price you're better off going to Walmart or somewhere else and getting the real deal. Also watch it because I was overcharged for the same item twice didn't realize until was too late and it was basically my word against theirs. The return policy is also a joke I try to return undergarments that had not been worn we're still in the original package and was told that is against the store policy. That is not what the receipt said and I didn't see that listed anywhere in the store, Walmart would have gladly taken them back I had my receipt and the package was not open. This place is One Step Up from the Goodwill I would not recommend it.

Total hit or miss store. In the past they had a wonderful infant selection, it has gone down hill, but that's not to say that the store is failing, maybe they just haven't received enough product. Their men's, women's, women's plus and children's section are doing well. Just be mindful when purchasing items. Just recently I picked up two panels of curtains. Both panels had the same size listed on the packaging, but one panel was shorter than the other. I just folded it back up and made an even trade, but I checked all of the panels before I purchased another. I truly enjoy the store, they have a bit of everything at a super decent price.

Had to deal with a uneducated cashier back after Christmas! I was getting clearance Christmas stuff.That couldn't understand basic math. My total was 4.30 and gave her a 5 and two quarters. She said here it is 4.30 handing me the quarters back. I was doing that so I had less change and got a 1 back. So I just took the money back and walked out! I can get stuff at pottery barn and Walmart and they will take change with bills and not be confused! My first and last time in that store

The staff in the furniture department were AWESOME! Chris and Steven are the best, very friendly, patient and knowledgeable of the merchandise. Answered every question I had, also made sure they were attentive to other customers. I was in the store for quite a while but left completely satisfied. I will patronize the store again and suggest to my friends and family to do the same. Those guys are Great! Thanks again, Vickie

Great deals and bargains, however just like I’ve heard from everyone else I know that comes to this particular location, the line at the register is extremely long. I’m with an older relative and we have literally been in a stand still for 10 minutes with 8 people ahead of us. The cashier is waiting on change from a $100 bill. Honestly if I were by myself I would have just left Great store but definitely short staffed.

Yes I think Melissa's comment is absurd as well. To make an assumption about someone's education based on a short trivial exchange is just plain unkind. Did you try simply explaining to her that u just wanted less change? Maybe she was just new or something. The irony is you were buying Christmas gifts. WWJD? lol

They have good deals here. The only problem is check out is very slow. Also, there may be two lanes open and each one has one person that needs a price check and the other one wants to return an item that needs manager approval. If you are in a hurry, don't do it.

This is 1 of my favorite stores to shop at. Roses had everything I needed for my living room,kitchen, bathroom & food items,All for a reasonable price. Customer service was excellent, The staffs were very friendly with a smile.

I love the art but it needs to have more variety of colors. Decorative pillows limited variety also. The bedding was very limited, needed restocking. I like the store, just more variety of colors is needed.

Bargain shoppers paradise. It is fun digging through the racks. Staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood might be sketchy but daytime showed no reasons for concern. They have all sizes xs to 3x.

Prices are two different from other stores what's low in most stores is high in that store and was high and most stores is a tad bit lower in that store which is a good thing and not enough larger sizes

People wasn't real friendly store shelves were empty couldn't get up n down aisles cause of carts that needed stocked help looked you in the face and couldn't even way hi can I help you or anything

That is ridiculous Melissa. Seriously? You could've just explained it to her. And because of THAT you won't go back? I'm pretty sure that clearly shows the real problem is with YOU, not her.

Great selection of clothing as well as anything else that you can imagine! I would have given it 5 stars but it smelled weird and the floor was nasty and sticky throughout the entire store.

Good items at prices anyone can afford. You can get more for your money for alot less. They do carry name brands which makes it really nice. Employees were very polite and helpful.

Roses is always awesome they have lots of plus size clothes and even basic baking supplies for cheap... they have some great electronics and furniture too!!!!
