Never use this store for Click & Collect services. The first item I had sent here, their Click & Collect machine wasn’t working. It took 10 minutes to collect my item and the owners never logged that it had been picked up - Ebay are still emailing me two weeks after it arrived to tell me that my item is ready for collection. The second item I had sent here, they refused to accept. It was pure luck that the postman called to our home to deliver it and that someone was actually at in. And I have just picked up another item now, but only after a 10-minute argument that the item is actually mine. The package has my name on it and I gave the woman in the shop the correct code. I showed her my driving licence as ID. But because my wife’s name is also on our Ebay account, at first, she wouldn’t give me the item. Absolute bunch of amateurs
