We really very upset from this OYO lodge.... Really very bad experience we got from this lodge person.. He talked very rude even he didn't give Chance to talk us we said him we already booked the room for 3days.. we came from 2 days journey and already we are very tired we waited there only.. front of the Lodge minimum more than 1 and half hr.. but the lodge person he said don't have any rooms and i don't care about your booking and don't come 12pm also we will not give room also he talked like that very very rude person he is.. i never seen this kind of rude and unresponsive person in my entire life..... After we did cancel because of facing this kind of humiliation and unrespect but unfortunately after doing the cancellation we didn't get the cancel amount also..........! Why like this kind of unfair they did with us.? They only talked rudely We came from 2 days journey but they maked us to wait more than 1 and half hr.. They only maked us to cancelling the booking and now they only not refounding our cancellation amount too..... Wow great i got a good behavior and beautiful experience in this lodge that also today which one is new year time .............
