April, the cashier is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I’ve been shopping at this location for over years and it’s the first time I see her working there and it was the worst experience ever. Not only does she not greet you, she also scans the items with no care. She seems like she doesn’t want to be there. Her customer service is bad. She needs to also be trained on how to talk to people, you ask her something or say anything to her and the way she responds back is extremely rude. Working customer service is definitely not one of her expertise. If she doesn’t want to interact in person she shouldn’t be working directly with customers. Everyone else there if they’re having a bad day, they seem to know how not to let it affect their day. They help you and go on about their shift, but not this specific cashier. Please do better food city on hiring cashiers like her.

This store isn't honoring there advertisement on 2 liter sodas 3 for $5. The squirt is labeled 3 for $5 on the shelf and they didn't honor it. That's bad for business. There was a Caucasian bald man who I think was the manager. Worthless, he wasn't for sure if the squirt was part of the deal and didn't bother to go check. I went to check and grabbed another pepsi just incase he said no. I'm not surprised, when they said they couldn't give me the sprite. After nobody would go and check that the squirt was mark 3 for $5.

It's a good store small like most of the food city's but this one has a meat dept. That runs the length of the back of the store with a very large selection to choose from. There is also a Western Union located in the store with a check cashing window too. The employees are nice and work hard at there individual jobs. I like this store s lot because it carries a lot of the stuff u can only get at ranch market ( a food city/bashas associated store) which is a plus since the nearest ranch market is 6 miles away.

All the staff is so rude from the first time I've shopped here and since its convenient and close by for me I tend to go there often but it seems like they just get ruder every time I shop here that now I go to the one on 21st just to avoid any kind of conflict but whoever runs this store should really consider hiring a whole new staff seriously never had such bad costumer service in my life. Love the produce tho !

Food City on 32nd Street and McDowell it was terrible experience the store inside is not very big the cashier was not very helpful unloading my basket they only had a little basket not the shopping carts how do I get to the basket Twitter Indiana herself and put it on my bags for mestill she did not get me a smile or define anything you everything okay or nothing like that

Very friendly cashier and over accommodating staff I really appreciate the neatness of the store and the order in which it is ran I had a chance to meet the general manager of that store and he took time to explain in detail a lot of changes and address some issues for my friend David Copic I'm head cited to shop there again really soon

Very good prices, even though the place is not organized. There is police or sheriff's by the door and they are always asking me if i need anythings. Maybe the see ne helpless or maybe they see me as a robber , do not know. But what i do know , i am coming to the store to buy food or something. The place is crolling with beggars.

I was visiting from Florida and the woman asked me if I was new there because she had never seen me before. It felt good that she was so conscientious to recognize this. She said she has been working with the company some 25-30 years. She is defiantly an asset to food city. I did all my shopping there because of her.

Just arrived United States, Arizona, and the first thing I do is shopping at Food City where it has almost all items available in store. The staff are very friendly and easy to approach with when you are in doubts. If I lack of any necessities, I would surely come again.

The story is a little snug to walk around in but they always do their best to make sure that everything is well organized and clean easy to find the products that you were shopping for. The kid use a little more of a variety in the meat section and also the Frozen aisle.

This location is a small grocery store. It heavily caters to the Latinx and Black community. I love this store necause it has all of these wonderful food item that l do not find elsewhere. Many areitems from .y youth the remind me if growing up in southern Georgia.

Cashiers are always friendly and I can always find everything I need at Food City and prices are reasonable. The only reason for the 4 stars is because they have very soon expiration dates on certain items, depending on the produce sometimes it rots quickly.

I always shop here, I like it's small quick in and out, but the produce are rarely fresh. Today especially, I was amazed by the quality of all the produce, the cabbagge looked white (should be green) jalapenos were old, but the cucumbers were the worst!!

I like to go shopping here but yesterday I had a bad experience with a worker. She claimed that I gave her “an attitude” which clearly I did not. She was going to refuse to let me pay for my groceries and overall she was the one giving me a attitude.

Don't always have everything u may want or need it's a smaller one and the security follows u around like ur a thief kinda makes me wanna spend my money else where not cool to assume or try n profile ppl because u CLD be wrong n offend ppl

OK service. We found a quarter stalk of celery and she wouldn't let me buy. She would rather see it be thrown into the trash then into the mouths of two poor people who even welcomed the charge

Slow service, clueless employees. Long waits because they are to stupid to open another lane when both that are open have someone in each lane with $200 worth of groceries to scan and bag.

This is the weakest Food City we've ever shopped at!!! Didn't even have Pico de gallo??? That was SPECIFICALLY why we went there! Have never been to a Food City that is so poorly stocked.

this place is horrible the ham was blue completely spoiled and the fruits and vegetables are horrible there is always some fruit or vegetable spoiled. I do not recommend it at all

This place has some of the best Mexican food. They have a wide selection of classic latin dishes. I recommend their grilled chicken it is so juicy and tender.

Food city is my local market I walk to.. I love the customer service and I know some of the people by name which is what I like.. Great and awesome prices...

It says they close at 11 PM which is a absolute lie I pulled up and guy standing by the door keeping the door shut so nobody gets in at 10 o'clock PM today

Pretty small with very little selection. The prices are also high compared to Frys. The music was too loud. Only one register open with a long line.

I'd give it a higher rating but homeless problem in the area was discouraging. The store is cramped and stuffy. Finding good Parking is difficult.
