One of the worst service I have ever come across. I have to take different tokens for similar services and waiting time for each tokens are enormous it cost me a full day just to activate my card. Their call center is another joke, it took them more than 10 minutes before connecting with customer service executive and while talking with them my balance ran out and they didn't even call back. I had to recharge right after and wait another 10 minutes then another 7 minutes before setting up my "new pin" for my card. Time is money they say, what an irony! If you are a relaxed person who has all the time of the world then this would be the perfect bank for you.
