Kit and the other massage therapist (forgot her name, red hair/glasses) were very nice, but that's about the only good thing I can say. My girlfriend and I (who are very easy to please, we arent the super picky type) came in for a couples massage that we scheduled well ahead of time. But when we got there, everyone seemed confused that we were there and had to scramble to get us in. No worries there tho, we got in about 15min after we were scheduled. The massage therapists then recommended that we do a separate room massage because "it would be better". Okay thanks for the advice but that isnt what we scheduled. Still no worries, we politely declined and said we still wanted a same room couples massage. So my gf and I get into the room and undress and get under the blankets on the tables. The room is swelteringly hot...to the point where we considered cancelling the massage until this issue was rectified. We had just come off the Vegas strip walking in 110 degree heat and wanted to come in to a cool place to relax during a massage, not a sauna. I was literally sweating the entire massage. To make matters worse, Kit covered me head to toe in a warm blanket on top of it being an already hot room. I repeatedly mentioned to her that I was HOT, and she asked if I wanted the blanket/sheet removed, to which I said YES. Now I realize that state laws mandate that you have to be minimally draped for legal reasons (just your groin/butt area), but she left the blanket on pretty much my whole body. Towards the end of the massage, after my feet were rubbed, she literally put the sheet back on top of my feet and proceeded to rub my feet THROUGH THE SHEET. This is unfathomably uncomfortable, in the 100 plus professional massages Ive had, ive never had a scratchy sheet rubbed against my skin Indian Sunburn style. I did my best to grin and bear it, but this was quite possibly the worst massage experience Ive ever had. My girlfriend had a similarly uncomfortable experience due to the heat and needless excess draping. To make matters worse, my girlfriend's massage therapist, about 3/4 of the way thru the massage, made us extremely uncomfortable. She noticed some scars on my girlfriend's leg (that my gf is shy/insecure about) and blurted out "Where did you get those scars?! They look like you got burned on a motorcycle radiator!) There had been pretty much silence in the room the 30min before this (which is to be expected), and this sudden outburst really caught us off guard and made us feel awkward and un-easy. We were still polite, even though we probably shouldnt have been, tipped them 15%, and told them to have a nice day. Highly frustrating experience all the way around. I probably wouldnt get another massage here if someone paid me to do it. Avoid at all costs...

My mother and I recently visited Las Vegas from California on a weekend getaway. We were looking for a salon and spa that offered a wide range of services at very affordable prices. We saw Dolphin Court Salon & Day Spa online, checked out their website and decided to call them for an appointment. Making an appointment was very easy because the front desk was very nice & efficient and when we arrived at the salon we were welcomed into a very beautiful, relaxing atmosphere by the owner, Nellya, who was extremely friendly and very helpful. My mom and I both saw Marina for our esthetic services. My mom had the laser hair removal and I had the Red Carpet Facial. We both couldn’t be happier with the results. Marina is so warm and professional. My mom said the laser hair removal was quick and easy and my skin never looked or felt so good, EVER! Marina knows how to transform skin. I highly recommend her. Next for me was haircut & color by Zhenia. I was long overdue for a cut & color but didn’t really know what to do. After a wonderful consultation with Zhenia we decided on color, highlights & a fresh new cut. Honestly, Zhenia is a hair color genius. My hair looks so beautiful, natural & sun kissed and the cut she gave me made me look ten years younger. When we checked out I couldn’t believe how affordable all of our services were and my mom and I both agreed that we were so lucky to find Dolphin Court Salon and Day Spa. If you are looking for somewhere to go for beautiful, affordable services with the absolute best technicians look no further than Dolphin Court Salon and Day Spa. We will be back when we return to Las Vegas, you can count on that.

I went there recently for a facial followed by a massage. Someone had goofed and not put the facial appointment down. Fortunately there was someone available to do it--however, the whole time she did it she had the overhead light on and I have always had prior facials in a dark room. I don't think this place is as nice as it used to be. Whenever I would have 2 things done like this in the past they would give me a key to a locket to put my things into and it always had a robe and slippers. They didn't do that this time. The massage was good but that was the only thing I enjoyed about my experience.

Very rude person answering phone. I tried to make appt for haircut and all I got was questions. I lost my other stylist at different salon. So I was just trying to schedule appt. She asked who my stylist was and when I told her she said she didn't want my name but my former stylist. I said I just gave her the name. Then she preceded to ask if I was African American or white... so bizarre. I was so offended I hung up. This happened 6/4/20. In the morning. I do not understand how this person is the the front line representative for this salon, so sad.

I love to be pampered!!! I believe everyone deserves a great massage and at even better prices. Here at Dolphin Court Spa and Salon I have been spoiled to have the best experience. This was not my first time and will not be my last time because KittC is the best in the Valley.

Kitt was an amazing massage therapist. I got a swedish massage and it was excellent! The ambiance in the room was incredible, along with her energy, the background waterfall sounds and essential oils she used. I felt refreshed after ! Recommended her to all my friends and family, booking with her again within the next few days !

Bella Waters Day Bella is great at explaining Colon-Hydro Therapy and making you feel comfortable during the process. Her knowledge and professionalism is consistent and educational. This process has helped me to become more ’tuned in’ with my body and I make healthier choices. It’s literally changed my life for the better.

I was looking for somewhere great to go and I called just to get an idea of their services/prices but the woman who answered the phone was very rude. She kept sighing very loudly as if she couldn’t be bothered to talk to me and hung up before I could even ask anything. Bad first impression of the place unfortunately.

I had my haircut done by Lily Bean she always gets me in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible without having any quality of service concerns, actually she has been cutting my hair since 2007 before she got her own place. I do have to make an appointment but its always worth it.

Susanna is the only person I trust to give me facials. She has been doing my facials since I was twelve. My mom trusts her and I do too. She is marvelous. Her extractions are precise and well done and the products she chooses are fabulous.

Clean. Showers are available before and after massage appointments. Sessions are for a full 60 and 90mins unlike others placed that give you 50 and 80 min sessions. Melissa is the best dependable with strong hands.

Lu Escalante is the absolute best in the business. I seriously can't say enough about her skills. Then to make it even better, she has the best personality. As long as Lu is at Dolphin Court, I will go there.

Went in for a Swedish massage and all I got was pushing hard on all my muscles. When I tried to tell the owner that it was such a bad experience she didn't care and swiped my card anyway. Waste of money!
