Visited this location with my sick wife. Currently waiting 2 hours for a flu shot. Many people haved walked in after us for the same reason but are leaving before us. Front desk receptionist has been switched 3 times with poor communication. Truly a horrible experience. 2 days later and still no results.

The doctors are very loving and professional taking their time listen carefully. I think they do an amazing job! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the facility is surprisingly clean and organized. I would definitely go back for my future needs! ;)

12/26/21 Been standing outside for a COVID test since 7:30am.. when searching online for opening times it says “opens at 8am” and it’s current status is on “open” the line is wrapping around the corner as I am writing this at 8:53am & the gate is still closed..

One of the best urgent cares I've ever been to! The wait time varies because they do covid testing at this location as well. The staff is super friendly & professional. Dr Nicholas Currie is awesome! He's the only doctor but takes his time with you & listens.

Do not go here for covid testing! Waited outside for 2 hours with my kids just to get tested and never got the results. I called a couple of times and they never answered and ask to leave a message and never returned back to me. It was a waste of time !

Please don't come to this place to get tested they'll tell you to come back in 4 to 5 days to get your results when you go back the results are not even in standing outside waiting 1 2 3 hours it's not worth it go someplace else bad place to go …

Very neat and very strict about social distancing! They're overly nice people and welcoming at that. There's also a big fish tank in the waiting area which is a very big plus.

Testing is rapid and smooth. They know what they are doing. No appointment Is needed. They have a very nice waiting area, too, especially for this part of Bronx.
