Extremely ARROGANT and unhelpful for the Parcel Pick up & Drop off service. You can be as reasonable and polite as you want while talking to them but they will still find excuses for not wanting to check or to send you away as quick as they can. I sincerely advice you not to choose this shop as Parcel pick up.

Stay away from this store. Such rude and arrogant owners. The shop is shambolic. Do not use them for any pick up or drop off services.

The staff are rude, arrogant and unhelpful. These people don't know what they're doing, a dreadful shop - go to Tesco instead!
