It is such a shame because the franchise offers delicious food, however the service is been sub par all year. Today was the last straw. The slowness, the inattentiveness, the lack of remorse…. This staff is the epitome of “dgaf” Even after being ignored - no order placed - just sitting there for about 20 minutes, I asked for a straw and was either unheard or purposefully ignored by my own server, I asked one passing by for a straw. Rudely he said no with a straight face. What?! So then I said ok just tell my server I need to go. I need my check. The server prints it out says a dry “sorry” and sits the check on the table. I have been disappointed by this location before but I’ve never been disrespected to this level. The food here is so good it’s so awful that the staff is like this.

The franchise and menu are generally ok, but this location is straight terrible. We came after the lunch rush where this may have been at 50% capacity. Took 5 min for the server to acknowledge us and take our order (no big deal here), but took 25 min to bring bread and at the 40 min mark we gave up and left. 6-7 of the wait staff were standing around, checking their phones, and just chit chatting with each other. This restaurant is not well ran by any stretch, especially for this high end location. Either get rid of the staff and step up your game, or give up the spot for a more competent chain/brand. No reason to settle for overpaid help that can’t appreciate how to hustle.

I would highly recommend CPK to anyone who was looking for a place to eat lunch or dinner. My friend and I went to the restaurant in Lenox, and shared a wonderful time. We ultimately spent $30, which included complimentary bread, a medium sized BBQ Chicken Pizza, and a chocolate soufflé with vanilla ice cream, all of which we split. The food is not only affordable, but delicious, with a variety of choices for any type of eater. The tables were very clean, and there were no sanitation issues whatsoever. Definitely try California Pizza Kitchen if you haven’t been already, especially if you are in the Lenox area.

Had a pleasant dining experience today with my girl for lunch. Unfortunately we came a little after 4pm but I suggest trying the lunch duet if you come here before 4pm. I really enjoyed sitting in the booths near all the shops and they do offer a great drink selection. I ordered the chicken piccata, margarita pizza hand tossed and my girl got the California Cobb salad. We also decided to go with the dynamite shrimp as a appetizer which I strongly suggest trying. Food came out in a timely manner and our server was very attentive. This location is my new favorite will be back soon!

CPK has been our go to place if we are visiting the Lenox Mall. This place is in the middle of the mall right before the food court. This is the first open CPK restaurant I have visited. We have been to other locations in LA as well. Today we ordered the Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower as our small plate and Tostada thin crust pizza. We have never tried a Tostada pizza before and surprisingly this was a great take on Mexican flavors in the form of a pizza. The crust was really thin, crispy and perfectly baked. The spicy buffalo cauliflower was crisp and really good in taste Might go again and try other veggie options.

This place has always been good whenever I've gone there in the past, whether it be this location or any other. My experience at this location was very much lopsided. When our appetizers came in, our dishes weren't given to us. When we asked the server had a little attitude about it. Then when came the turn to ask about her entrees, we specifically asked then no pork in anything at all. Food came with pork and had to be re made. While this is going on, our server was nowhere to be found. We had no napkins either and had to ask her to have some. I didn't like the service at all. I'm very hesitant to go back now.

Burger came out very very cold the bun was ice cold. But the burger was tasty The barbecue chicken pizza was tasty. The salad was pretty good. It took a long time to get seated even though there was only one party ahead of us waiting. I think they're a little short-staffed at the Lenox Mall location

not that great honestly. The food quality has gone downhill quickly within the last few months and the prices are too high for the quality they serve. DONT order the lettuce wrap chicken appetizer as it tastes terrible... and looks worse when it arrives at your table... for $15 it should be prepared skillfully, but mine looks like they just unboxed a to-go box from a low quality Chinese place and dumped it on a plate w/a wedge off iceberg. They need to revisit quality control.

For a mall joint, smack dead in the middle of the mall, it's pretty impressive. Food was quick, tasty, and a great portion. The bartender was sweet. I ordered off the lunch special and sat at the bar and enjoyed my business. If you don't want to be in the middle of a food court, enjoy a drink, at a cute Italian spot; I suggest this place. Service and ambiance are perfect for some downtime at the mall.

While looking for a quick bite to eat in Lenox Mall hubby and I bumped into California Pizza Kitchen! This was a place I had seen before but never made time to stop. What happened to the great service and good good at the Lenox location? It seems it went downhill when you remodeled. I just left the bar today and it was subpar service and food. The bartenders that worked today were all over the place. The key lime is photoblog. I tasted and sent it back because it tasted spoiled. The spinach dip was also spoiled. I’ll stick to Thursdays from time to time. The drinks are better, the food is better(some), and the service is better!

Had a job at the mall that ended at lunchtime. Thought bake at home pizza sounded good. They were out of medium cauliflower crust, so they made me 2 small build your own. Took 5 minutes, and they were perfect. Excellent experience. Would recommend.

First time at this location. Great open atmosphere in the center of the mall. We were seated promptly and our waiter arrived within minutes. The food came out on time and everything was excellent. As we are enjoying our meal the manager stop by to make sure everything was perfect. Five-star experience and the staff did an excellent job.. just wish the CPK in my town didn't shut down. We miss our GF pizza place :-(

The service was awful. The seating area was mostly empty yet we first had to wait a long time to be seated, then the server forgot about us and didn’t come to take our order for a good 13 minutes. We then got a lemon lemonade instead of a mango lemonade and they couldn’t locate any bottled water so I ended up ordering a soft drink instead. The Thai chicken pizza was ok but arrived 30min after our drinks.

I’d asked for something decadent and my cousin brought me here on her sisters recommendation. I had the butter cake. Piping Hot, buttery, soft and with a hint of crunch somewhere in between. Hit the mark and went overboard! Awesome, awesome deliciousness!! I’d already dug in before I remembered to take a picture so bear with the half-eaten piece you see here two thumbs up

Place was packed so it was a very long wait list, when finally were seated, the waitress took the order and forgot about us, when he realized he apologized and offered us a complimentary soup, and after that he tried his best to made it up to us. So eventhough, we had to wait almost 30 min for our food it wasn’t a bad experience. The food was good and very tasty.

Really good pizza. Went there with some friends. It is ideal to order individual pizzas and then share with everyone. Really good and the variety is great. There is something to try for everybody. This is very ideal for kids, friends and families. The price is not bad pretty reasonable for what you get. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Food was good and the waiter was social. A minor 5 minute wait to be seated and all food was brought out very quickly. Just a few suggestions for the kitchen crew: all three appetizer plates were dirty and I had lettuce in my glass so check twice. We also asked for tails off shrimp on both Jambalaya but they were not taken off.

Great drink and food. I got a Shrimp Scampi Zucchini and it taste awesome and healthy. The waiters are very considerate and constantly checking on you to see if you are having a good time or not. The seating are plenty. Also, I don't think children carts are allowed inside as I saw. Great place regardless though .

It's ok, the rolls are premade. All they did was slap the top layer of meat on the roll and cut it. The rice on the rolls are harder than the freshly made rolls, its chewy but edible. Not going back again. You can get the better quality sushi rolls for the same price or less. We spent close the 60$.

This was a great place to take a breather to eat. The food was hot and delicious. I was able to customize my pizza to my liking. I enjoyed the many options they offered and the server was great.
