Great place to browse and buy a wide variety of English books. Novels, Factual, Childrens, Reference etc etc many available or for order ( with around a week for delivery :-) ). Teas and coffee available along with scrummy desserts. Aircon too for when it's a heatwave. And some table and chairs outside with an awning if needed. Tami is completely bilingual so can help with all the enquiries and many native English speakers frequent the bookshop so a good place to hear English and even practise your own skills. There are both a writers group and a book club that meet here too.

This place is just great, the booksellers are really nice and friendly. The atmosphere is very warm and cozy in the winter, and refreshing in the summer. The food is amazing and the books available are top tier (I shop in the Young adult and Fantasy sections and I can't ever find the ones that I like in regular bookshops, so this is just heaven honestly) I've been going there for a little less than a year and I can't recommend it enough!

Cet endroit est très agréable ! J'y vais très régulièrement pour boire un thé ou manger une pâtisserie. Le fait d'être entourée de livres donne une ambiance vraiment plaisante. Les employés et le patron sont super sympas, toujours prêts à discuter en anglais comme en français. Le choix de livre est également intéressant, surtout qu'ils proposent de commander s'ils n'ont pas le produit en rayon ! Je recommande chaudement !

Credo che voglia essere più sala da tè che libreria. I titoli non sono molti e neanche aggiornati, si è costretti a guardare gli scaffali in mezzo alla gente che mangia e un dipendente legge ostruendo completamente uno degli scaffali (sci fi e fantasy). Si paga dove vengono depositati e consegnati caffè e dolci, non molto comodo né pulito. Nessuno mi ha salutato né entrando nè uscendo. I prezzi sono giusti.

Super petit bookshop, avec des gens très sympathiques! Une merveilleuse sélection de livres en Anglais, des journaux New York Times, des tables pour travailler sur son ordi, et de bons petits cheesecakes, cafés et thés! Tout ce qu’il faut pour être au calme, bien cozy! Aussi une sélections de livres si vous essayez d’améliorer votre anglais! Bon endroit pour les locaux comme les touristes! C’est super! ♥️

Une Boutique tranquille qui fait aussi salon de thé. Pas trop de monde, quelques étagère de livres. Même si on y trouve pas forcément son bonheur, le tout peut valoir le détour. les prix sont bien plus abordables que certains autres magasins de lecture anglaise sur Bordeaux. Les thés et gâteaux sont également bons. Idéal pour les étudiants et amoureux de la langue de Shakespeare

One of my favorite places to hang out in Bordeaux. Nice place to read English books or work on the laptop over tea and snacks. They have a tea menu that is 4 pages long! So something new for every visit. The staff are international and very friendly. You can sit to discuss any topic with them over tea, or just drop by to order English course books. Highly recommended.

Le lieu est très agréable et le personnel est très amical ! On peut même y prendre son café et bouquiner si besoin est. Cependant, sachant qu'il s'agit d'une librairie anglophone, je me serais attendu à ce que les livres demandé en Licence d'Anglais soit en stock... (Mais il reste toujours la solution de la commande car c'est bien de soutenir les libraires)

Extremely friendly staff! They can order any book, and they seem knowledgeable and helpful. The only drawback is the very small space. Not easy to browse without fear of bumping into bookshelves etc. That said, I simply browse and/or order quickly without lingering. Very happy to support independent bookstores such as Bradley's.

Tables au milieu des bibliothèques où vous pouvez boire un thé, un jus, manger des pâtisseries. Ce n'est pas immense mais cela le rend encore plus chaleureux !

Such a great place to have a conversation in English, find an English book or order it if you don't fi d it, a'd have a cup of tea and cheesecake! I discovered this place few weeks ago as we have just arrived and literally fell in love with it! The manager from NYC is really cool :)

Petite librairie qui vend des bouquins en anglais. Le choix est un peu restreint, par contre le personnel est très professionnel, sympathique et souriant. Il y a également un petit salon de thé à l'entrée qui donne la possibilité de lire en dégustant une boisson et des gâteaux.

A nice variety of new English Language books on sale. Fiction and Nonfiction. Also Children's and young adult books. There were no seats available so we unfortunately didn't manage to try the beverages and cakes. If in Bordeaux definitely pop in for a browse !

Really lovely little bookshop with a decent selection of English books. As I believe it's the only English speaking bookshop in Bordeaux it would have been great if there was a wider selection of books for kids. Nice cake selection and tea/coffee on site too.

One of our favorite places to visit downtown! We've been coming here for years. My son loves the children's corner. Any book they don't have in stock can be ordered, the teas and baked goods are delicious and the staff are really, really friendly.

This is a great bookshop. The staff are friendly and well informed. I especially like the fact that they provide a few back issues of worthwhile newspapers . Coffee and cakes are extremely good. Definitely this is where one MUST purchase books !
