This travel agency has not refund my parents in-law's money for a ticket that had been purchased in Nov 26, 2019 and the it had been cancelled more than 40 days ago. This unprofessional and irresponsible agency, like any other organizations in Iran who are not responsive to their customers and are only looking for people's money and their own interest, told them that they will get their money after 40 days after cancellation date which was on March 10th. (and this is in contemporary to what the Lufthansa customer service line told us: "The refund will be back to your account after a week" ) The only thing that I can say is they are thief and holding off to their money which is not acceptable at all!!!!!!

I have bought several international and domestic tickets from Amir, in addition to the couple of international tours. The offers are very good and the staff are so kind and cooperative.
