The room is clean, spacious and very comfortable. Personally, I love the spacious bathroom the most. Though the reception isn't very proficient in English, they managed to assist us whenever we needed help. My booking for two comes with breakfast and the spread is pretty good with American and Korean style breakfast. Location wise, it is a bit out of the main city area, but subway is within walking distance, and there are bus stops nearby where you can find buses to move around. No view whatsoever to speak of, as there is really 'nothing' in the area worth viewing, being flanked by housing, roads, with some commercial buildings and a driving range in the vicinity. Overall, pleased with my stay there and will definitely consider staying there again if I do come back in future.

One thing I like about this place is the serenity of the place. This hotel has a very spacious room which is perfect for couple or friend tour. The place is very dainty, has good air conditioning and has cable channels should you wish to watch foreign shows. The lights in the room are good and the washroom is huge too. Lobby was also entertaining and engaging. In the morning, they served food both for Western visitors and locals. The food itself were well presented and has a wide variety. The taste was also amazing. I highly recommend this place to foreigners or visitors coming to Gwangju either for short or long visit. This is a perfect place to enjoy the night after a very tiring and tedious day. A must stay place when you come and visit Gwangju.

예식 때문에 이용했습니다 예식장 후기만 작성합니다 하객으로 방문했습니다. 주차장은 1주차장, 2주차장, 이외에 정식 주차장이 아닌 다른 주차장이 몇 군데 더 있습니다 하객이 앉아서 쉴 만한 장소는 그다지 없는 편이라고 생각합니다 로비에 의자가 몇 군데 놓여져 있기는 하나 대부분의 하객을 감당할 정도는 아니구요 식장 내부에는 앉을 자리가 넉넉한 편입니다 서비스 적인 면에서는 괜찮은 편이라고 생각합니다 사회를 봐주시는 분도 굉장히 능숙하셨고 특히 예식장 식당같은 경우는 서울에서 찾아오신 하객 분들도 퀄리티가 괜찮다 할 정도로 메뉴 선정이나 맛이 좋았습니다 (아래부터는 해당 예식장과는 별개의 팁입니다) 다만 웨딩박람회 패키지로 이용하실 분들이시라면 패키지 내부에서 결정된 한복 대여 업체들이나 메이크업 샵들은 변경할 수 없다는 것을 명시해주세요 참고로 한복 대여 업체 진짜 구렸습니다 대부분 비슷한 디자인에 색상도 다양하지않고 불친절했습니다. 같은 날 예식 올린 혼주 분들이 입으신 한복들이 다 고만고만 비슷하더군요.... 발품 팔리고 좀 멀긴 해도 차라리 목포같은 타 지역에서 빌려서 가져오시는 게 더 낫다고 봅니다.... 타 지역에서 한복대여했을 때는 정말 마음에 들고 예쁜 게 많았어요. 메이크업 샵도 예식 시간과 거의 5시간 이상 차이나는 이른 아침 시간에 예약을 잡아 놓았더군요 달리 선택지가 없는 게 아닌 이상 좀 더 알아보시고 알아보시고 결정하시길 바랍니다

Solid location with decent restaurants nearby. Bed was not hard like most Korean hotels. Clean and quiet. The restaurants are a little pricey. The gym is one of the best I have seen in a hotel, includes a free weight section. Laundry was too pricey too me so went and found a laundry mat. The rooms have a mini fridge, coffee machine and hot water heater. No microwaves though. Stayed here for two weeks total and had zero issues with parking. It was free.

I stayed here one day. Staffs were very kind and explained everything I needed. I asked extra towels in the morning on the way for breakfast. There was a new towel set in my room when I came back. In the evening they had a special event with lobsters and steaks. They asked if it was the first time in this restaurant. When I said yes, a server explained how to order a lobster or a steak. This hotel located in a quiet area. I could walk around at night.

This was, hands down, the nicest Holiday Inn we’ve ever stayed at. Full service, great convenience store and restaurants. Staff was great. We were so pleasantly surprised by how much we liked this hotel (far exceeded expectations).

4성급에 딱 맞는 정도. 10만원 정도의 숙박비라면 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 그 이상의 금액이어서 만족도가 떨어지긴 했는데 앞으로 할인하면 꽤 괜찮습니다. 객실이나 직원분들 다 만족했구요 불편했던 점을 꼽아 말씀드리면 투숙객이 수영장을 이용할때 객실에서 수영복을 다 갖춰입고 로브(심지어 흰색 샤워가운)를 걸쳐입고 오라고 해서 정말 당황;;;; 샤워 가운을 입고 엘리베이터를 타고 이동해야 한다니요... 사우나를 투숙객에게 개방하지 않아서 탈의실과 샤워실을 제공할 수 없다고 하더라구요 그래서 락커도 제공이 안되고 락커 이용하려면 1인당 12000원의 비용을 내시면 됩니다. 호텔 수영장이 마치 유료 서비스인거처럼 생색용 문화로 자리잡는건 한국 호텔산업의 문제점 중 하나겠죠

멋진 외부모습과는 달리 내부시설이 화려하진 않고 아담한 정도입니다. 커피숍의 커피가격은 9900원부터 시작하던데 호텔 커피숍을 별로 안가봐서 가격이 적정한지 아닌지 잘 모르겠습니다. 상무지구에서 적당히 떨어진 곳이라 위치는 아주 좋습니다. 두번째는 웨딩홀과 커피숍 다녀왔습니다. 일단 웨딩홀은 너무 좁고 답답합니다. 로비도 안 넓어요. 손님이 별로 많치 않을 커플들에게 오히려 좋을것 같아요. 뷔페는 그냥 그래요. 홍어 김치 등 전라도 음식은 괜찮습니다만 다른 음식은 중상 정도입니다. 후식 종류도 좀 부족합니다. 커피숍은 아메리카노가 12100원부터 시작합니다.

I am a rather long term stayer as I stayed with IHG Gwangju for the last 2 years almost all weekdays. I feel very comfortable to stay longer for the next fee years. I would like to suggest, may be one trivial to make some improvement. I think hotel should focus on vacuumming the room. Apart from that, i am happy with IHG Gwangju.

Excellent customer service and great facility. Amenities were all available. Very relaxing stay. Only thing I would change are the hours for room service food availability. We arrived late and was hungry. When called to order room service, the facility apparently doesn’t start room service until 11pm! Very odd hours.

Didn't expect much before I stay at, but this place is much more than any of your stay at any holiday inn in the world. Staffs were very friendly and warm hearting hospitality. First-time visit to Gwangju and excited to have many different experiences. But the room's clean condition was not good because I found hair on the bed. Business trip here. Got an impressive corner room. Everything was excellent except for one time I tried the cafe and they ran out of the burgers which my friends said was delicious. Only wish there was an in house laundry instead of sending it out. Otherwise a great hotel and highly recommended!

At breakfast, the seating was comfortable and the staff was very kind. So in general I enjoyed it. But the food was very disappointing. There were many dishes but the taste/quality was not high. Maybe it's better to cut down on the variety and offer higher quality food.

Nice views and very centrally located so it’s easy to walk to a number of places in the area. Stayed here on business for 3 weeks and noticed they hardly kept any of the bar items stocked or were very limited. Rooms are clean and very accommodating, 24/7 room service.

I had to make two different bookings to use my reward point and free night reward. So I had to ask the staffs to combine the bookimgs into one and the communication was so smooth and timely responaive. Overall, the stay was very satisfying and the area is full of fun.

Nice place. It is a bit far from the train station. Not much around. The pool closes at 6pm and the bar unfortunately was rented out for a private event. Overall, it was clean and comfortable.

트윈룸으로 일~월요일 공식 홈페이지에서 예약을 했고, 총 가격은 12만원이 나왔습니다. 방만 예약해도 호텔 내 수영장 이용 가능합니다. 사우나의 경우 패키지에 포함된 상품이 아닌이상 15000원의 추가금을 내야 이용 가능합니다. 2명이서 이용하는데 공간도 부족하지 않았고 24시간 서비스가 가능한 프론트 데스크가 있어서 만족스럽게 숙박했습니다.

광주에서 제일 좋은 호텔인 것 같습니다. 욕조가 없어서 아쉬웠지만 전반적으로 만족했습니다. I think this is the best hotel in Gwangju. It was a pity that there was no bath tube in the room, but I was generally satisfied with here.

객실은 나무랄게 없습니다. 직원분들도 친절하구요. 석식 뷔페는 좀 심하게 않좋습니다. 2~3만원정도 하는 식당이라면 이해라도하겠지만 8만원 가까이하는 식당의 음식이라고 보기엔 너무 아쉽습니다. 코로나 시국인것은 감안해도 좀 심합니다. 손님이 없어 그렇다면 가격를 낮추고 단품을 제공하는것이 맞는것 같습니다.

IC에서 내려서 가깝고 좋아요. 호텔로비도 예쁘고 객실도 깨끗해요. 무언보다도 객실마다 창문이 크고 많아서 너무 좋아요. 수영장을 이용할 수 있어서 좋아요.

깨끗하고 깔끔해서 좋습니다. 다만 창밖 풍경이 그냥 아파트라서 호텔의 강점을 잃었네요. 하지만 잠시 묶어가는 호텔로서는 만점입니다. 부근에 편의시설도 많구요.

광주역이랑도 가깝고 크고 친절하고 되게 좋았음! 다음에 또 광주가면 묵을 의향있음ㅋㅋ 그 광주시내?쪽이랑는 조금 멀었지만 그래도 ktx역에서 가깝고 가성비도 좋아서 광주가면 여기 이용할거에요

좁고 여유롭지 않아요. 사람들 많을 때는 주차장 불편하고 1층이 번잡하고 막혀있어서 응대나 여유롭지 않아보여요.
