Ani is the loveliest person ever. She helped me with the purchase of my first puppy after I spent a long time fruitlessly searching for a rescue that would be happy in my home. Bean is the healthiest and handsomest Chihuahua I've ever met, everyone who meets him falls in love, despite the stigma of their breed being shaky balls of hate, and he has a lovely even temperament. He was microchipped, vaccinated and happy and well fed and Ani takes care of all the animals in her care with a lot of love. She made sure that I walked away with as much information as possible and helped kit us out with a couple toys, a bed and a collar and lead all thrown in for free. They even offer a free vet check after purchase to make sure that everything is hunky dory. I haven't walked away after spending money that happy in a long time.

I visited last week to ask about purchasing a couple of birds, the sales lady was so lovely and very helpful, she allowed me to put a cage on hold till today while I decided which birds I would like, today I purchased two beautiful cockateils and their cage, they gave me a bag of seed, a toy and cuttlefish as a gift, thank you so much for your help and being so lovely. The birds have settled in so quickly and I'm enjoying their wonderful personality

I was visiting this shop today seeking help , my English is very bad the young blonde girl was very rude an racist towards me. Also was rude an abusive towards another customer trying to help with the language barrier. Very over priced an very rude customer service She also said racist things in front of me assuming that I do not understand I will be notifying the police an local newspaper

I dealt with Annie at the pet shop and she couldn't have tried harder to accommodator my needs. I found all of the staff there very pleasant and willing to do what ever they could to help me. Had a great experience buying a puppy and everything that we need to create a nice home for it. Staff was helpfull and answered all our questions. We got heeps stuff as a puppy pack (for free!). Also first Vet check is free... Couldn't be happier... And a pupper is happy too

Awesome team! Pet owners and lovers them selves. Good information and if they are unsure, are happy to find out more. As for pricing... keep in mind, they are privately owned. Not a typical franchise! Every cent goes to shop keep and the support of rescued animals.

Bought 2 mice- a fortnight later bought another two. One of those died 10 days later.. Two months later another one has died. never had a mouse live less than 15 months before. Not happy, but not as miserable as my son. …

Great shop, friendly staff very helpful - I bought the wrong fish & they let me bring them back a few days later & swap them over & helped me pick out the right fish for my tank

After a few visits to this store I've decided that they deserve top rating, lovely staff and very helpful. If you keep fish I've never had any problems buying from here.

$5 for pet nail clip! So cheap!! The lady who served me was so patient and so good with handling dogs while my dog was very anxious at getting his nails clipped
