My experience at adidas outlet was the worse experience i had ever had in any shoe store. The employees Alex and Tyler are the most unprofessional sales person ever saw in retail. Alex went and tried on shoes after basically throwing the shoes at me that they suggested to try. And Tyler went to another way and no one stayed with me while i tried the shoes on so i just say no thanks and ask for the mangers buisness card and they made every excusse not to give it to me. So i ask for the store phone number and they were hesitant to give me it. Over all the staff needs to remember where they get their pay cheque from. We discussed with Adidas store. I 'll give the store a minus -10 but i have to give them a 1. Went to Tooties Store and spent over $230.00 for shoes and for their professional service thats how you sell shoes they should learn from tooties. Jim Ferguson

I have bought several things here and the selection is pretty good particularly given the steeply discounted prices. I recently had one of my new soccer turf shoes fall apart after a short while which was disappointing, but even without the receipt the young manager Cody went above and beyond to honor my purchase and to make things right. I will certainly continue to shop here because Adidas clearly stands behind their products, and the customer service from people like Cody is top notch. Thanks again

Unlike other stores, like Columbia in the same outlet center, the policy of this store is to not allow try one in the dressing room. This is announced by the door as you enter. Put the same person to clean with a disinfectant in a used dressing room and sales increase drastically. Bought 5 items at Columbia, 3 at Carters and 0 at Adidas as I did not want to buy before try. Same for my spouse. Good luck..and we were masked and dosed as responsible citizens.

Won-Wah. Let down. They carry lots of options but most of the sizes are very small or very large (common at outlet stores). The disappointment for me was how the running pants stretched out so quickly. The legs are as spandex-y tight as ever but the waist doubled in size. My sister bought pants here and had the same experience. Low quality adidas gear for cheap.

The staff made it a bad experience they were racist. When I entered the store no hi and did not give any details of offers yet every other customer after that came that was white was given the offers in store and a hi. Tried to get their attention yet they looked away and acted busy. It was all 3 staff members working that reacted this way.

This place almost always has a sale on. 40% off the whole store except for a few racks today. We often buy shoes boxing week here for great prices. Its a busy little spot. There is often a small line up outside, covid restrictions in place. You can book a shopping time on the adidas app if you prefer not to stand in line.

Highly recommend this place over any other adidas outlets. Very friendly staff, manager is always on the watch for the benefit of the client, I didn’t know some of the sales happening. When it was time to pay. They both advised us, and made me buy more. Will come back for more adidas, I can never have enough ...

Well one of the three employees was helpful when I first came into the store,,,the female was abrupt,when I asked if they had any fitting hats,,,,she was quick to say they're right in front of me,,,which in fact was wrong,,they were regular baseball caps,,,soi again ask if they have them,,,,they didn't,,

Speaking to the shoes and not the store - the shoes I purchased from there are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. I can't walk 15 minutes with them without pain. So, if you just want the shoe for the fashion and you drive to your destination, by all means, as long as you don't have to walk.

Chased out of the store by an employee getting great glee enforcing the mask bylaw on my 6 year old child who cannot stand being masked up. I shop everywhere else in Kingston without problem. I will not be back to this store or to any other store enforcing political tyranny on its customers.

No complimentary sports socks offered to try on shoes due to covid. Not allowed to try on clothes due to covid...over zealous employee at entrance pumping hand sanitizer on everyone entering and spouting off rules about covid made for a stressful, let's get the hell out of here experience.

Great deals and selection! Bought a pair of runners there for a great price and lots of different size options. Went to marshalls the next day, had the same pair there for a much higher price! Would definitely recommend checking out this store for their great shoe selection.

Not happy with my recent visit and cashier was very rude (Indian looking dude with tattoo needs to tone it down ) . I bailed out and left all my items and didn't buy anything. (Well today oct9) was a.much better experience. I was happy to find some great items on sale.

I love this Outlet....if you are a Soccer fan it always has Jerseys and the discount racks always have something worth buying...it is better then Ottawas or Torontos...always great specials bought a raptors tee for 5 dollars and a thermo hoodie for 40....

This retail store has the absolute best selection of footwear and clothing items around. The store is clean bright and well laid out. There is something for everyone and great place to shop for those ages 0-99 . They have the MOST adorable

Everyone here is so kind! And if you go at the right time you can get amazing deals on some great gear!! Spent around $150 and got like 3 pairs of runners, sandles, gym bag and a few t shirts! Go check it out!!
