I ordered a SSD for my son online for a good price and reasonable delivery cost on 13th December. When it hadn't arrived by the 22nd December I phoned Zylax to guage when it would arrive. I was advised that the supplier only got it in stock a week after I placed the order and it would be sent that day. I was disappointed that it would not arrive in time for Christmas but received very prompt assurances by email that it would be here in time. Sure enough it arrived yesterday (the 23rd December) which is very fast delivery from Sydney to Perth. I made the mistake of not registering at the time of purchase so couldn't track the parcel's progress. Zylax kindly sent me a tracking number after I contacted them. So I would highly recommend them for value and excellent customer service.

They do not offer returns or exchanges for an item. I purchased a product that unfortunately was only compatible with a US variant (Not mentioned on the website). Overall in today’s economy almost all retail businesses offer returns or exchanges so Zylax should as well to compete in the market and offer a convenient service to the customer. Customer service is good, highly responsive and helpful staff. May purchase generic items in the future that I am 100% sure of the compatibility.

After doing much searching and reading reviews here in Aus and overseas I purchased this 43" TV to be used as a monitor replacing my aging 32". And after connecting the TV to a Nivida fan cooled graphics card and a few tweeks in the TV settings I am very delighted to say I have exactly what I wanted from this product. Great prices, communicative service. Delivery was a little slower than from some of the bigger companies, and the online order tracking not quite there yet, but given they often have the best price, that can be forgiven. Their willingness to communicate by phone made up for these quirks too. Recommended.
