I want to start my review by complimenting this establishment on its delicious pizza. Unfortunately, I had an experience as an African-American woman that I would not expect to experience in the country of Colombia from a European-owned business. With that being said, I guess racism is a learned behavior that many have yet to leave behind . Myself and My Colombian husband visited this pizza place today; we were approached by a gentleman who asked if we had reservations because people had reservations to watch a football game there : I replied no, and told him we were just there to enjoy pizza. I spoke with the lady who works there I didn’t get her name. She also informed us that the tables were reserved, so I asked if we could sit at the bar and have pizza. (5:20pm) She replied yes, and told us that we needed to leave by 6:15 pm, which I did not understand because I have never known anyone to reserve seats directly at the bar but ok. Next, a Caucasian lady came in by herself less than 10 minutes after we arrived. I overheard her conversation with the European guy who approached my husband and me. She stated that she was waiting for two friends. They did not have reservations, and they wanted to come to watch the game; the same Caucasian guy informed her that all the tables were reserved, but He would allow her and her friends to have a table. If someone did not show up he also told her that it was OK for her to sit at the bar. She was not given a time to leave . my question is what makes her money better than mine why was me as an African American woman, and my Colombia husband, not offer the same service, then again it really does not matter. I will not be going to this establishment again and I will recommend that all of my African-American Kings and Queens sisters and brothers be very observant of how and who you spend your money with it doesn’t matter what country you’re visiting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT ON RAPPI!!! I ordered a pizza on Rappi... It was to be delivered by the restaurants own delivery person. It took over an hour and a half for the food to arrive, and when I called the restaurant - nobody picked up. It's better to go there yourself and order the food and wait for it. ||| NO ORDENES DE ESTE RESTAURANTE EN RAPPI!!! Pedí una pizza en Rappi... Iba a ser entregada por el propio repartidor del restaurante. La comida tardó más de una hora y media en llegar, y cuando llamé al restaurante, nadie atendió. Es mejor ir allí mismo y pedir la comida y esperar.

After lots of typical good in Medellin, we were happy to find some good old Pizza in Cartagena. Just FYI. There is a downstairs deli style area and a upstairs pub with a very small sign. We walked right by when we first tried to find this place. After walking around and not finding a casual place to eat, we came back and were very happy to find the upstairs pub (I'm pretty sure it was closed the first time we walked by, but it's just a doorway up a flight of stairs, easy to miss). Very glad we found it in the end. The pizza and the service were both awesome.

I ordered for deliver in the restaurant for later in the night. My order arrived on time and was made perfectly. The pizza reminded me of real New York pizza. It was the best I have had outside of the US by far!!! The service was also great. I speak very little Spanish and the guys working there were very helpful and made sure I got what I wanted.

I hate leaving reviews but this was unacceptable. I ordered on rappi at 4:15pm did not get my order until 5:58pm the cheese sticks were cold and the wings were burnt and dry. They also forgot my drink. In total I spent 61,000 cops on my order. You would think spending that amount would mean that you would get quality service but I was wrong. I will not be delivering from this restaurant ever again.

Great pizza. Friendly service. We had issues getting slices before 5 pm. The slices and whole pie were both superb. The vodka slice is worth a try. Plain cheese with basil is also superb. Fresh ingredients, as close as it comes to New York style pie I have had outside of New York. Worth a try.

We were in a rush for food as we were taking an evening cruise. The owners was on it! Had our pizza in 10 minutes, it was excellent. Friendly staff. They also allowed us to bring in a Cake as we were celebrating my husbands birthday. They gave us all we needed! Highly recommend it. It will be our go to place for pizza in the old city at the Portal de los Dulces.

I’m on the coast often including Cartagena as I am now and every visit always stop for a slice (or 2 or 3) of pizza here. I arrived on Friday afternoon and stopped in, the staff is really cool and friendly, they even remember my name from my last visit in December 2022. Delicious pizza!

This place was AMAZING. We got a medium pizza to share half Queso half Vodka. The vodka sauce with pesto was to die for. The service was great, the man at the counter was so friendly and helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND - if you are wanting a tasting wood fired pizza !!

Very nice pizza, crispy crusts and tasty toppings. Unusually for South America they had the US Open golf on the big screens. Thankfully the beer and the pizza performed better than Rory McIlroy. I’d give them a 1st place for pizza in Cartagena. Maybe Rory will do better in the the Open.
