Very helpful. Our emergency departments take a minimum 6 hour wait but usually up to 12 hours, and doctors are slim. My daughter became very sick and was treated quickly, the doctor was very helpful and accommodating. He ensured even after that we got our medication, and that it worked and she had been feeling better.

Scam. They advertise in bold large letters $20/month plan. However, be very careful as you cannot just do one month. They will bill you $240 and even if you ask they will not refund any amount. Very misleading as it's so hard to read their fine print on a mobile app. DO NOT USE YOUR DOCTORS ONLINE!!

I'm quite happy with this service. They make sure to ask every detail as to what is going on with your health. They send your prescription to your preferred pharmacy. Love using Doctors online as I don't have to leave my house and wait hours on end for a prescription. Highly recommend.

This app is a scam. They will bill you $240 for the full year but push the $20 a month messaging at the top of the page when you look at the overview of cost. I should have reviewed the fine print more, however, they refuse to give refunds

This scam site charged me after I had already requested to cancel my subscription before the renewal date and will not refund my funds. I’m sure there will be the copy and paste “we are 100% transparent” response from them under this but

Don't use!!! We are traveling on the road and my 18 month old has an ear infection. She does get them often. No nearby walk in clinics are taking patients. I wanted to used this app to quickly get antibiotics sent to my nearest pharmacy.

Very impressed!!! Spoke to a Dr who was very thorough and was prescribed an antibiotic in less than half an hour and my pharmacy has filled it already. Much better than sitting in a walk in clinic for 3 hours or more.

I love how accessible primary care is with this app! I pay a small fee monthly and in return I never wait. I’m able to speak to a doctor while bathing the kids. Would recommend to busy parents.
