I take my purchasing power, $ elsewhere. There was a delay getting service which wasn't a big deal but the Manager, Sharon is Arrogant and Rude. To be fair the prices were reasonable and selection ok but her name calling a customer is not professional! In fact even her head office agreed and addressed the issue with her her. Since then I take my Business where I will be treated with a level of courtesy and not be harassed. Prices are just as good and more selection. I know dealing with the public is hard but she should keep that to herself. If you abuse them, you'll lose them. Disclaimer: Factual Information.

Nice store with very good prices. It is like a mall type of factory outlet store with some clearance things in the back and at least 50% off the as labelled MSRP price on everything else. So it is a nice proper store and not a warehouse with everything being a mess and a mass of people. Good selection of everything from construction boots to sandals and kids' shoes and limited clothing. Lots of parking and open during typical business hours. Was not crowded at all when we went on the weekend.

First time here. Came looking for some safety boots and also during covid19. Only 1 lady working entire store but she was friendly enough. Not too bad as it's not very busy. Its pretty much self service here as all the sizes are displayed on the shelves. Overall I would probably return the next time I'm looking for some safety shoes as this place does have some good deal. I would also recommend to those looking for safety shoes

This is a great place to get your shoes, boots and more. Always a great price which sometimes is even better, great quality shoes with your satisfaction guaranteed and top brands. You don’t go there for selection but because these are great brands at a great price. Plus the staff is wonderful, so helpful and just nice! I normally deal with one person whose name I do not know but they are great!

Visited on their annual discount sale in No 2019. It’s huge warehouse with a corner attributed to retail sales. very crowded. People line up for check out on 10+ cashiers. Decent variety and significant discounts. Definitively value for money. U get brands like Merell and hush puppies and Kedy.

Very good prices ,when on sale. Very good customer service. The quality of the shoes is just undefinable. My son wore the shoes to his school for one whole year now and even uses the same shoe to the park and hasn't worn it out yet. The shoes of this store lasts very very long.

I have purchased lots of shoe , boots from this place . They have limited choices . Is not outlet store and not like regular shoe store . But , you always can find something here . I didn’t see any issue with staff . And I have to admit price is very good . It’s worth to try .

The staff here are very awesome, Thandiwe was extremely helpful, and pleasant, with a beautiful smile. We came in looking for something specific to, but walked out with 5 pairs of boots and shoes, the price for quality is very reasonable. Can't wait to see the summer shoes.

Came here in need for new running shoes and heard about a sale. Place isn't too big but they have a good amount of selection. I ended up buying a new pair of shoes that I wear all the time now.

They have a pretty good selection of shoes and a decent price. Staff is helpful and friendly. The factory sale is pretty large and very hectic. There is ample parking for that event as well.
