Bought a $50 anklet for my daughter for her grad present, it broke within 20 minutes of her wearing it. Brought it back the next day and they exchanged it and put a Final Sale stamp on the receipt. Got home and she put the new one on and it broke again. Was not able to come back to the store for two weeks to exchange it. Go back into store and they refuse to exchange for something different. Young lady working was very nice but manager refused to do an exchange....trying to tell me it's good quality and it wouldn't break without force.i have better things to do than keep coming back to the mall to deal with an exchange twice now. My 13 year old doesn't have a grad present and the anklet is scrap metal now!...At the same time I had bought a leather bracelet which broke, but I was able to fix it. Very bad experience and wouldn't recommend you shop here...poor quality product.

This place is absolutely terrible. None of their earrings fit because the studs are too big. I bought two pairs of earrings from here and they’re way too big for my ears. Two other people tried them on and the earrings don’t fit them either. Wishes and Dreams won’t let you exchange or return anything even though their products are defective. Do not by anything from here.

AWFUL SERVICE! They sell earrings that don’t fit the average ear because the post is usually too small or the studs are too big. Some workers are incredibly rude and the manager himself is also rude. No returns or exchange even though they will lie to you that you can exchange but you cannot. Take your business elsewhere it is not worth it I promise.

Bought a pair of earrings. The post was too thick and too short for FOUR different people. When I went back to them with my problem, I was told no exchange on earrings which I was well aware of. They don’t return DEFECTIVE merchandise. Buyer beware.

Very helpful staff, I had lots of issues caused by poor planning on my part and they 110% saved the day and didn't even charge me extra for the work!! Go here if you want inexpensive but still classy jewelry!!! Highly recommended!!

The prices have gotten a little expensive but the selection is still decent. Very dissapointed that in this day & age & with COVID-19 since March thatthey don't have an online shopping option!

Super overpriced low-quality jewelry. You're better off buying online or going to the booth down the hall by the entrance (lower prices).
