The fact that I have to give 1 star to this store is making me mad. On June 21st at 7pm, my wife and I were waiting outside the store in order to get it. It was 30 degrees outside and extremely humid. Behind us in line, a teenager started to throw up due to heatstroke. Since I was at the start of the line, I went inside the store and asked the employees working at the cash to have a water bottle so they could help a young person that was having a emergency situation outside. The older looking supervisor with white hair looked at me and said "We don't have water for her". Behind her was a fridge filled with water bottles. And then asked her to give me a bottle from the fridge and she simply turned around and went back to her hangers behind the cash as if she never heard me. I asked her again and she refused to talk to me. I went outside to see the girl and another shopper that was in line ran to their car to get water for the distressed girl. This lack of human decency is appalling and I will never shop at your store ever again.

I like finding steals here buts it's a bit more difficult than other locations. I'm not sure if they get less selection or the stock is diminished too quickly. Helps to time your visit on a restock. The reason for 3 stars - I'm a loyal customer for over a decade. I asked if some led lights could be marked down because the package had clearly been ripped open and most likely swapped with dead bulbs. Basically the pack had been tampered with. One side open and cardboard torn where the person clearly ripped the seal. The manager denied the mark down which is fine. It's not fine when other locations have marked things down for me in the exact same circumstance.

So disappointed....I have my receipt and $90 boots that are 2 weeks old... I went to return a pair of boots that half the sole came off at the bottom. Usually winners is my favourite I love them!!! However this manager made it look like I was lying and the boots were way older??? I was shocked and so embarrassed.... why would someone not return $90 boots that fell apart in 2 weeks? Anyone would. And for the woman to think I’m lying when I have the boots and the receipt That’s crazy. Won’t be back to this location so disappointed that someone who treat me like this when I’m a loyal lover of winners.

This Winners and HomeSense is packed with excellent options for just about anything you would need. They have some great household options such as carpets, desks, chairs, lamps, mirrors and a variety of different design or staging products. They have a ton of baby clothes, books and blankets. They also have some pretty great pet products including food, treats and beds. I always find various natural products as well. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have found some great deals on bedding in the past along with some affordable high end kitchen items. The store is clean and well organized.

One of my favorite places to shop!! So many deals on known brands!!! I love checking out the clearance section for beauty items, if I can get there before the vultures pick through them and stick their fingers in the products!!! That's the only thing that annoys me but since it's not the store's fault, I'm still giving it a 5 star rating. I also love that I can go into the Home section after and get something for the house and maybe pick up a few food items before heading out!! And the atmosphere is calm but fun too! I just love it there!!

Good amount of stock would say one of the best stocked in ottawa, however there were a few overpriced items I have seen cheaper at other winners/homesenses , also canvas prints that should have been on clearance due to scuffs and scratches. Two cashiers chatting amongst themselves self no interactions with the customers they were serving and my cashier decided it was appropriate time to text on her Apple Watch. Clean store though

I was looking for an area rug Friday , but after my experience, I no longer feel safe to shop at Homesense /Winners 3 ladies were shopping together and one of them wasn’t wearing a mask I told her she must wear it Inside any store and she put it on, but not 5 minutes later she had removed it again. Seems that management doesn’t bother enforcing the mandatory protocols for Covid, so I won’t be returning any time soon

Can't believe that, shopping hours online and at the door, said closing @5pm for Xmas Eve, drove 40 mins to arrive @3.55pm to tell customers that it is closed, due to weather conditions and they cared a lot about their employees, meanwhile the weather was really bad all day long, from 1am. If they care as much as they said, should have kept the doors closed for the day, before opening.

I especially love buying dog treats and accessories here, as I usually find the items I need for 75% off what I'd pay for them at a pet store.

Very well organized store. Helpful staff, plenty of easy parking and decent prices. I would suggest they do something about their worthless membership card. Either give some actual perks or stop wasting people's time asking them to sign up for something that only extends your refund policy from 7 to 30 days. Otherwise, great store.

Just called Winners to ask about their business hours for the day and Ron, who answered the phone, started off with “Seasons’s greetings” and introduced himself and asked how he could help me. I love the location, as most do who live in Orleans. Barring the fact that HomeSense seems to slowly be increasing in price, they're a great combination store. I find I tend to lose track of time. Whether searching for a deal in the clearance section, or looking for dishes, it's a calm and joyful experience.

The store is dirty and dusty. Everytime I go there, my dust allergy kicks into overdrive and I get a sinus headache. You can see dust bunnies floating across the floor. On this visit, the cashier was in a foul mood. Definitely not as friendly or cheerful as my previous experiences.

Always enjoy going shopping in this store. Great collections and prices. Because of the COVID-19, the stock shrinks a lot recently, but that’s understandable. The staff are serious of dealing with the virus here, which makes me feel comfortable and safe while shopping here.

Great products, great prices and good service. Excellent place to get a French press coffee maker. They have an excellent selection. They have a bit of everything someone might need for clothing or home. They also have a nice selection of costume jewelry.

We ran into an issue with a product that was purchased and when I spoke to the manager, he told me to return it to the Cornwall store. He sent them a text and gave them a heads up. I appreciated the time he invested in taking care of the problem

I love going to Winners! Never miss a week without going! But there is one thing I hate about the store is that the seasons change to fast for clothing! It's depressing not to be able to buy summer clothing & the season hasn't started yet!

I have purchased a dining table. It was put on hold for me. I took it home and noticed a huge scratch. The price was more than wayfair but since I could have it same day I over paid and got the scratch on top of it. Not happy at all.

Selection is way down on certain items. If you're looking for dresses, not the place to go. Clean and all but not the Winners I used to love for selection sadly. What's there on racks seems older too and not overly stylish.

Can usually find some great things here. The added bonus with this location is that both Winner and Homesense are in the same unit so no need to go through cash twice or walk outside to get to the other location.

Always fun to go there and wonder around. I am not a shopper, and rarely go out to look around. However, when I do go, I always find something to buy. This is unusual for me. Great displays throughout the store

Good selection of products, a fitting room, clothes were well organized. The checkout process was quick even with a long lineup. The cashier was friendly, helpful and cute. Overall a good experience.

Love the store ... only thing I would say needs anytime would be the jackets and shirts interesting of stains and busted zippers... but even thats not a huge deal that have a great returns system...

Lots of selection at great prices. Always find what I'm looking for between one of their stores and always save a lot by doing so. Staff are very helpful and their return policy is always generous.

A bit jumbled up compared to other Winners. Did not like the way the 2 stores were mixed together. Would prefer them to be separate personally. Plus Size Women's clothing is almost nonexistent.

Winner in Orleans has a massive store that contains a lot of products, different brands, I would say reasonable prices , nice staff, big parking lot and excellent customer service …

Friendly staff, some really good bargains on quality stuff and they allow well behaved dogs in so you can get their opinions on what dogs dog toys to buy …

The stores has a nice variety of clothes if you are very slim. The changes rooms are well divided. Not much for boys over 4-14 years of age.

Lots of cute decor and other options for your home, however for the winners part, the shoes seem to be lacking. Other than that, good store!

In Orleans ON, we get our Indian grocery including atta, dal, masala etc. Fresh vegetables and fruits of good quality.
