The one star is for the guy who served me when I collected my car last Friday. You deserved the one star. Came to purchase my Mazda 3 here last year Sep as recommended by a friend who got two of his Mazda here few years ago. Got my new Mazda 3 last Friday and parked in garage over the weekend. Got professional tinting done by a tinting company on Tuesday and got notified there is a big scratch on one of the windows (where is impossible to see when the glass is clear) and a paint chip on the edge of the same door. Notified the sales who sold the car to me on Wednesday and he asked to bring the car in on Sat for inspection and see what he could do for me as he was on leaves on Thursday and Friday. The sale person, Iman, was unavailable when we arrived and asked a lady, Claudia, to have a look at my car to take some photos. When Claudia looked at scratch, she started pointing fingers at me and saying I should had done the tint through Mazda as they only hire professionals to do tinting. Instead of taking photos and suggesting any possible solutions, she assumed I or the guy who did the tint to be liable for the scratch even before I asked for any compensation or professional suggestions. The sale person Iman also claimed the car was being shipped directly from Japan and no single vehicle that he has sold has any damage at all. He agreed to talk to the service team and do a touch-up on my door but commented that I used “unprofessional” tinting just to save a hundred dollars. He also asked me to call him again on Monday to remind him as he is too busy and has a million things to do. As a customer I wasn't aware I had to remind the sales to do his tasks. I am extremely disappointed, humiliated and unsatisfied with the post-sales service provided by this dealership. The attitude of the staff made me feel miserable as they treated me as if I was a miser who wasted my Saturday and went to the dealership with my brand new car and asked for some kind of compensation. I was there to find a solution, not humiliation. If this is the post-sales service you are after, welcome to come to the West End Mazda dealership, which it claims to be the best Mazda dealership in Sydney. ____________________________________ Updates after three weeks picking up my car. No follow up phone calls or email although it seems the dealership was able to identify myself and have my contact information. Extremely disappointed by this- no any follow up after the google review, contacting Mazda via email and completed the customer experience survey. What’s the point of asking about customers satisfaction when no one bothers following up on anything.

It's not my first time to purchase a band new car in Australia. David Nguyen was gave me an memorable experience I ever have. He is a great and helpful sales person. Actually, I was came from southern suburbs but why I was drive almost an hour to attended in West End Parramatta and placed an order at there? The answer is very straight and simple, it's due to the excellent customer service. I remembered the day I walked in West End Parramatta shop, David approached to me with smiling face. He is showed his professional customer service to me that he is willing to listened and understood what I want/need. He was patient to gave a professional response to me after test driving rather that push me to place an order. After drive, I decided to cancel my previous order from other shop then to drop a deposit on my CX-30. David is a friendly guy, he updated informations regularly to me while I'm in waiting periods. Last but not least, while he knew I am no confidence to drive my new car back as it’s the first time I owned SUR car, David brought me had another drive and explained the function of the car with details again to me. I'm highly appreciated David Nguyen provided such a amazing and professional service and gave a memorable experience to me in West End Madza. I gave him 5+ star

If you want to be able to test drive before buying a vehicle (even during pandemic), this is the Mazda to go to. I have been to other Mazdas and was simply told “that’s how it is, buy it or leave it,” but this Mazda is really about its customers, offering multiple options. Customer service was excellent, if you want a sales that is considerate and helpful, find David. If you want a sales that is down to earth, find David. If you want a sales thats is fun and positive, find David. He always kept me updated about my car and always tried to make sure that the vehicle is delivered as smoothly as possible. Best sales. The manager was also really nice but I do not remember her name, probably because David was too good and thats all I can remember. Anyways, I will likely return to buy my next upgrade.

This is my first brand new Mazda, as my previous one was written off in the accident. When I contacted West End Mazda 2 weeks ago, Minh was the first respondent to my inquiry. I was amazed by his friendly customer service, and I decided to visit him the next day. After 30 mins consultation, I decided to deposit the Mazda 6 with Minh and dropped my plan for another Mazda dealer due to Minh's professional service. Honestly, I love his excellent customer skills. He answered all my inquiries and helped me to pick the right car instead of going around the bush. Thanks, Minh, you are the best. If you want advice from the best car salesman, please talk to him. He will get you sorted in no time. While people must wait 3-4 months to get the car, I get mine in 2 weeks. I can't be happier.

Pleasant CX30 purchase experience at West End Mazda Parramatta. In a big part due to David Nguyen, the sales person who helped me get acquainted with the car. He knows his product like a true Mazda product manager, and is a very good listener. He was very careful to make sure the intended car would indeed meet my specific needs, and then he went beyond his call of duty to make me feel comfortable with the purchase process. He impressed me with his ability to discuss in a calm, and relaxed way, while maintaining a professional arm length demeanour with me. If all sales persons were like him, all customer feedback would be 5 stars. Thank you David for such a smooth and memorable purchase experience!

Recently made our way to West End Mazda in search of a new Mazda CX-3 and was kindly greeted By Minh Le. We knew what we wanted and he was able to provide what we wanted fast and straight to the point. He was very helpful in getting us the best deal we wanted and was very informative from the start of the purchase straight to delivery of the process. Picking up the car was as easy as buying the car with Minh. Recommend him a lot and if I ever buy from their again. I am asking for Minh enthuastic and smooth service.

My experience with the team at Mazda Parramatta was exceptional. Joe the Sales manager and Sam were friendly and easy to work with and always returned my calls when i had questions. Also had a lovely experience with the finance team in particular Steph. When i picked up my car the process was simple and I was made to feel welcome. West end Mazda has poor customer service. Staff not interested to help with a mechanical check appearing on dashboard. I have had 3 new Mazda cars and never had such terrible after sales service. Penrith and Ryde Mazda were willing to at least offer a solution. Shame on west end Mazda as you are representing the Mazda brand and did an appalling job.

Completed a service here on 19/06/2023 and the battery is dead and needs replacing on 19/08 while I was out on the roads. Had to call roadside assistance and caused a day of headaches. You have to wonder if anything is actually done in those services.
