I recently had an unfortunate encounter with the female manager at this Wendy's location, and I must say it was a truly terrible experience. Not only does she lack basic people skills, but her behavior was rude and downright pathetic. From the moment I entered the restaurant, her negative attitude was palpable. She spoke to the customers in a condescending tone, as if she had no understanding of how to treat people with respect. Her dismissive and impatient demeanor was shocking and completely unprofessional for someone in a managerial role. It was truly disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism from a manager who is supposed to set an example for the rest of the staff. I left Wendy's feeling deeply unsatisfied with the service I received, and it is entirely due to the incompetence of this female manager. It is clear that she has no idea how to behave with people and lacks even the most basic social skills. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I will be avoiding this location in the future until they can find a manager who knows how to properly treat customers and lead a team.

Went to this Wendy’s last night and ordered some food, i always ask to substitute my fries for chilli, and instead of substituting they charged me extra, when i asked for a refund for the extra charge the girl at the pick up window blamed me for not telling them when i specifically asked for it to be substituted, she then proceeded to ask me how much was the item for refund, when i said 2.90 she just gave me 2.90 not even the correct amount because she didn’t include tax and when i told her where is the tax she said “oh you said it was 2.90” and then proceeds to give me another $1 which made it more then my refund. why the hell am i doing your job for you and figuring out it the math for how much my refund is i could have told the girl 50$ is my refund and she probably would have given it to me…. manager stood there just looking and did nothing of any help, this was so disappointing to see. this was around 8:30pm on Oct 29th…..

Wendys is getting too expensive and competing with McDonalds to be the most expensive fast food restaurant and this restaurant specifically seems to be adding rules to make it even more expensive like making you have to pay 60 cents for an apple juice drink replacement, or break the combo to get a chocolate milk. The combo, with a coupon is already 15 dollars when 4 months ago the coupon price was 12. Horrible experience and I don't think I will be going to Wendy's for a long time, especially not this one that messes up my order almost every single time I come here.

If I could give a - negative review I would… I write a lot of reviews, but never a negative review but this Wendy’s location needs to be heard! The Manager who worked on New Year’s Day around 8pm is the worst manager I ever dealt with in my entire life. She has 0 management skills, arguing with a customer when the fault is on her end. I strongly recommend the franchise owner to hire a professional manager who is customer service friendly! I can’t imagine on how she would be treating her staff during her shift. This MUST be addressed with Ontario labor board. Will file a complaint with Wendy’s HO. & Parent Company if applicable! Franchise Manager/Owner - Please review this with manager on date mentioned.

Overall experience is okay, food is decent to major complaints but they always forget to give sauces with nuggets and the chili sauce, or purposely not put it in I dunno. I always check my bag before pulling away and today when we specifically asked for sauce I checked the bag, not one sauce or chilli sauce. We told the girl at the window she insisted we got sauce. Told her no, she said yes it should be at the bottom. THERE WAS NO SAUCE!!! It's not coming out your pocket every time you give us a sauce that's supposed to be included!!! Stop being so cheap and trying to rob the customers.

Pulled up at the drive thru speaker and ordered a Spicy chicken combo with a poutine and drink. When I went to pay I was greeted by a very nice worker by the name of Vaun. He asked how I was and was very kind during the interaction as I paid. Something as small as this matters! It‘s hard to find good customer service individuals in the fast food industry because everyone is in such a rush, but it was nice to see Vaun took the time to say hello and be kind to the customers. For me it’s the positive experiences that will bring me back. I also love seeing the diversity at this location!

Everytime I come to this wendys there’s an issue I’m starting to wonder if they just love to make me angry….I asked for a SAUSAGE BREAKFAST WRAPPP they proceeded to give me bacon….I asked for a sausage biscuit with CHEESE they proceeded to give me a biscuit there just so damn frustrating and annoying and than when you complain to them the manager she has no damn RESPECT tryna get mad at me as if I didn’t spend my hard earned money there!!!! Learn how to listen and how to take orders CORRECTLY like holy. If I could give 0 stars I would this wendys by far has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went there around 8:30 to get food and the inside was closed. I called to find out what was going on because google said they’re open until 11. They then told me that the dining inside closes at 8, despite there being NO SIGNS outside. In fact there was a sign outside and j the side door that said dining closes at midnight. The lady then said I can walk up to the drive through and order so I did that. Then I get home and I find a long piece of hair in my burger I didn’t even get to eat my food. A complete waste of time

Ordered food at drive thru at this location around 11pm. Nobody answered on the drive thru speaker. so i drove past to d cashier to order. D cashier was so rude and she wants me to go back again to line up n drive so i went back and try to order and my God nobody answered so i will never go back again to this location. Whoever manages this location needs to have a 1 on 1 talk to their staff as they are so unprofessional and rude towards customer.

I ordered two croissant breakfast sandwiches one with bacon and one with sausage with bacon wrapped to the side. I got both with sausage and charged extra for bacon! I was in a rush so I did not double check. I have to tell them the order, check my order, and check they correctly charged me? This is very poor service, clearly this location has listening problems

I went to this restaurant after driving more than 20 minutes and I waited to pick an order through driveway. I waited for more than 20 minute in that drive through. after coming to my turn , I got to know that there is no such order that I was looking for. The guys over there didn’t even try to look for my order once. I contacted uber and they told me that there was a order at that restaurant.

Unlike other nearby wendys, this location is prompt, accurate, and without the BS. Workers actually trying to do their job that deserve to be paid. The food is fresh and hot mostly; seems on occasion fries are given that have been sitting waiting to be bagged for extended periods of time.

Went through the drive through. Was asked if I was paying cash or card, said card. They let me place the order and directed me to go to second window. After ten minutes of waiting through the line they tell me they're only taking cash...? Truly disappointed as they wasted half my lunch break based on stupidity alone. Do better.

Asked for single cheeseburger with ketchup only, and we get the works. Is it a hearing issue? Language issue? Or a listening issue? Third order in a row that was messed up. At THIS location. Zero stars and never again.

Newly renovated, very nice atmosphere. Food was fresh and hot, including the crispy fries! Service was pretty quick and staff was friendly. Tim Hortons attached so was able to take advantage of getting some coffee and Tim Biebs. Haven't tried them yet but looks interesting.

I am enjoying my chicken sandwich and fries with pink lemonade. The presentation and taste get 10/10. It’s so good. It’s topped off with excellent customer service.

Consistently poor quality. Cold fries, wrong drink order, rotten salads or very little amounts in container. Go to different location. Markham and Lawrence is brand new. Neilson and Ellesmere is also better. Much better.
