Welcome Cannabis was a refreshing experience. As an art gallery that also sells cannabis products, the environment is comfortable, safe and swanky. The staff were excited to show local artists work posted throughout. The extensive menu was explained by staff to suggest different strains and methods depending on my personal desired experience. big plus: a portion of sales goes back to local artists! another bonus: I earned 2000 customer loyalty points when I spent $150. The staff listened to my goals, and offered to share a story about their personal experience. They also exceeded expectations regarding health and security measures with a screening zone before entering to check my ID, with available masks and sanitizer. Great store, will be back soon to earn more customer loyalty points! Parking was available right out front on the side of the street.

I went into the store with my friend who gets really bad headaches, and this also makes her not sleep. Erin the owner was very nice and super helpful explaining all the products in plain language. We both have not been in a store and really knew nothing about what the products can do. We both ended up buying several products-one being the Wildflower cool stick, which is awesome and everyone should have one. Staff were super friendly and the customers coming in offered advise on products they used. I should have gone in years ago-thanks Erin and see you again soon

In the car out front writing this its just that good. The staff and the owner Seth are always incredible when I go in, they know what they are talking about and always have a variety of options! No matter what you are looking for you will either find it here or find something better. The space itself is really welcoming and has a chill vibe to it, it really stands out from other stores. The staff are lucky to work there its got a great environment and great people! Definitely check it out!

I had an issue with my online order after picking it up and driving back home, and called the store to figure out a solution, expecting to just come back the next day. Instead, they went out of their way to resolve the situation the same day, going above and beyond any customer service I’ve had anywhere else. Absolutely wonderful, and a business/group of people I’m more than happy to drive a little further for to continue to support. HIGHLY recommend!

I love the experienced retail help in the Burlington store. Soooo knowledgeable. I have issues with sleeping and after a good discussion two possible products were mentioned and suggested. I can’t believe how well the product is working. So glad not to have to deal with sleepless nights or sleeping pills. Thanks for the expertise. BTW I love the drinks they’re delicious great for a mild buzz.

Beyond, warm genuine and knowledgeable staff, they go the extra effort to off a level of customer service you don't see often these days. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY 3 times in a row they have taken my money then messaged me saying they have no driver and will need to wait for the store to close AFTER taking about 200 dollars each time I don't want to wait 6+ hours but they have my money kind of hard to say no right ?
