Overall the entire experience was professional and much easier than I expected it to be. Booking was a breeze, videos prior to the procedure were clear and easy to understand and the actual procedure was quick and relatively pain free. My recovery has been a walk in the park as well, I'm on day 3 and feeling pretty awesome. I also highly recommend Matt, from the moment I met him, he made me feel at ease and ensured that I was across all elements to the procedure. I came in so nervous like really nervous Dr Masterson called my name and my hart dropped anyway in I went he ran me through what the procedure was to be I was like ok mate to be honest he just made me so comfortable and relaxed before I new it bang were all done couldn’t believe it so fast 98% pain free I’m home now so relaxed and pain is maybe 1/10 if you’re going to do it do yourself a favour book with him 10/10 dr Masterson you are a credit to your profession can’t thank you enough

I was reluctant and a little embarrassed to go through with the procedure, both Matt and his assistant put me at ease and made the experience as comfortable as possible and certainly put me at ease. I was shocked when he told me we were finished as it didn’t feel that long at all. Definitely would recommend for other men considering.
