It was my first time at Verde seasons, i was able to get in right before the restrictions. I needed a trim but also a refresh on my highlights, and figured i take a risk in case i dont get to go back for months. I was booked with a Level 2 stylist Courtney and she was absolutely amazing! She listened to everything i said i was looking for, was very attentive, made suggestions and expained exactly what she was doing and was able to do, asked me questions along the way and made sure there wasnt anything unsaid or unclear. I really liked that! She was alos unhurried - in a very good way! I have a lot of hair, and typically stylists dont pace themselves properly and end up rushing the procees, even the ones who worked with my hair before. Yet Courtney was very calm and composed, she didnt rush, and on top of that took extra time while washing my hair and made the whole process extremely relaxing. I was definitely very pleasantly surprised with the salon environment and Courtney as a stylist and her approach. I would love to come back and see Courtney again, and will be recommending her to anyone who listens :D

Frustrated and disappointed. I got paired with a Junior stylist that gave me a balayage but looked nothing like the balayage in the inspiration picture I wanted. Colour was off and too many baby highlights that blended into the hair made them barely apparent from far away or in photos (especially when pulled back into a ponytail). Also asked for stronger highlights by my fringe and it was barely noticeable. Went back in for the redo consultation and had to explain my concerns to 3 different people who neither of them understood my point of view. At this point I was starting to question myself - was I the crazy one here?? No, because fast forward a couple months later I saw a different stylist elsewhere and she COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD everything I was trying to explain to her and everything that went wrong. She managed to fix my hair, and made it exactly like the inspiration picture! Considering I paid over +$100 at Verde for a balayage that looked nothing like the picture and for a company that has high reputation, I expected better.

Third time with Verde Aveda for haircut and treatment, previous experience was satisfying. Today I did Botanical repair treatment with Ashley X, when proceed to the payment, I showed a complimentary hydrating treatment card ($30 value) in my phone at the counter, she said this card cannot be used with her, due to different stylist level system whatsoever, so I need to pay for the full amount. anyway I paid the full amount right there, Then I double confirmed with my friend who is also Ashley X's existing customer, she could use the same card with her. (that's unfair!!) I'm not happy with this experience, as a loyal customer being cheated and provided misleading information in this way. I purchased shampoo products from the store, I used to recommend this salon to many friends after my first experience, I won't do that again.

It was my first visit at Verde and everyone was so welcoming. I got my hair done by Navjot and she made me feel so comfortable. She understood my needs and created a hijab friendly environment for me. First of all, she consulted with me then she gave me a hair massage which was very relaxing and then I got my hair washed. At the end she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted and styled it. It was surprising to see how affordable the prices are. I have long hair and many places charges according to the length of the hair. The services that I got would easy cost me more than $100 but at verde it was under $50. Thanx to Navjot who made me feel beautiful today. I definitely recommend my friends to Navjot and I am definitely going back for my next visit after 3 months.

Ashley W. is the best, I left the salon feeling like a whole new woman! Ashley walked me through every step of the process and did a great job of really listening to what I wanted out of my visit. She answered any and all questions and concerns I had about my hair, making me feel like a valued client. She suggested certain products based on my hair type and even gave me styling tips for at home. This wasn't an average or generic 'cut & colour,' this was a luxiourious hair care experience tailored to meet my own specific and unique hair needs, I really feel pampered and taken care of. I'm going to send all my friends to Ashley, she is truly a master of her craft. I cant wait to visit Verde again!

I recently went in for a cut from long hair to a lob. First of all, the salon itself is so clean and beautiful. The staff greet you immediately, offer to take your coat, and make you a drink. I had Katie for my service and she was wonderful!! So funny and friendly, she made me feel so welcomed. Katie is extremely precise with her work. She was very careful with her cutting and brushing, she’s the only stylist to have never snagged their brush on my industrial piercing so that’s a huge win for me. After a very traumatizing experience at another salon last year, my visit to Verde was absolutely exceptional and I look forward to recommending their services to everyone I know.

I had a level 2 hair stylist named Kat and I’d give Kat a 6/5 if it was possible! I really appreciated how Kat took her time from the start with deciding what she can do to my hair to get what I wanted but at a lower price than the initial quote. Kat really took her time with every step and she was probably the most thorough hair stylist I’ve ever had do my hair! She was also an amazing head massager, I definitely felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. She was super easy to talk to and I had such an awesome time! The prices can be high but honestly it was REALLY WORTH IT! (I’d like to acknowledge that this is coming from a broke college student in debt)

This is my third time going to Verde to get my hair done. I have seen Danielle all 3 times. I have to say from start to finish it is an experience like none other. This salon is truly a cut about the rest. I have very long hair and this is the first time at any salon when my ends get cleaned up without inches being cut. The color is spot on and I have never had a color stay like the aveda colors. It is a highend salon.. But worth every penny. Danielle is so down to earth, really listens and is such a talent. I want to thank navjot for the amazing job she did on my hair today, I went in with an idea of what I wanted but knew it might not be possible because my hair was so dark and also it was my first attempt for color but she surprised me seriously. The color came out so great... I'm in love with it...if anyone wants highlights I definitely recommend Navjot. It was my first time at Verde Seasons location for a toner and cut with Danielle. The experience from walking in to walking out was all around the best experience in a hair salon. Usually after the stylist ask what you would like done to your hair, they would get straight to it either getting the products ready, etc but the first thing she did was give my a head/neck/shoulder a massage which has never happened before! My hair looks amazing and I was given a small first time customer complimentary box which was a nice touch. It's on the other side of the city for me but I'm definitely going back as it was worth it!

I am in the process of transitioning to grey hair, which is never easy. Danielle knew exactly the right colour and amount of highlights I needed. Her haircuts are exactly what you ask for and explains really well if it cannot be achieved. I can be very hard to please when it comes to styling and I have been fully satisfied each time I have been to see her. She is friendly without being too chatty, funny and yet focused. I really appreciate the salon is fairly quiet and relaxing, and having a complimentary wine , beer, etc is a really nice touch. Worth every penny !

Wow! I cannot say enough GOOD things about the Verde Salon!! This was my first time visiting an Aveda salon and it definitely wont be my last. I booked with Gabbie and she was spectacular. She was on time, super professional and friendly. She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to cutting and styling hair. Im usually someone who gets nervous about meeting a new stylist but Gabbie made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and to the moment I left. Being new to the area, I was on the hunt for an outstanding salon. Verde Seasons seemed to have incredible reviews so I decided to book and I must say, it did not disappoint. WORST SALON EVER. Had Danielle a level 5 stylist that ruined my hair, with her horrible haircut, she damaged my hair with her harsh technique of colouring. ON TOP of it all I was over charged, they charged me $66.00 for a blowout I LEFT WITH WET HAIR BECAUSE THE STYLIST WAS NOT ABLE TO STYLE MY HAIR. Save your money and go to salon where the receptionists don’t stalk you. I just wanted to feel relaxed and taken care of, I was uncomfortable the entire time I was there and they ripped me off. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

Natasha is an excellent stylist who is very skilled and knowledgable when it comes to hair. She took the time to listen to my likes and dislikes while offering her professional opinion which resulted in one of my favorite layered cuts that I've had. She also gives an awesome neck massage and knows how to have a great conversation which were nice touches as well. The level of service at Verde is far beyond what I've received at other salons so I'll definitely be returning to see Natasha.

This is a fantastic place to have your hair needs whether you are looking to have just a touch up or a refresher or something new, they will do a great great job at it. Their customer service is absolutely great. If you are looking to try it out like me they have few student artists that will do a fantastic job under the guidance of their mentors. I was helped by Liilith you can find her insta @lilithshairfair and check out yourself. Overall I really had a great experience and time.

I came here to have my hair extensions blended into my real hair, as well as had my hair colored to match my hair extensions and they did a mediocre job at best. For the price that I paid to have this done, I expected better. I was also quoted a price $100 less than what I paid (and there were no surprises, my hair was brown, the hair extensions were a darker shade of brown) no excuses. If you're looking for a mediocre job and money to burn then this might be the place for you.

I had an amazing experience here. My hair stylist was Navjot and she was super cool and polite. She made sure that I am comfortable at every point. She was explaining me everything before moving to any new step. She was nice with me the whole time and gave her best. I went for a blow out for some self care, and was not disappointed! Bethany was just lovely and the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. The salon itself is beautiful, and all the staff are friendly and professional, it's a super comfortable environment. The price was great and it came with a complimentary mini facial and beverage. They also gave me some free shampoo samples. I could not recommend this salon more, can't wait for my next appointment!

Andrew is so good with my daughter who is clearly not really enthusiastic about having her hair cut! He’s so calm and treats her like any other client! He is patient and takes the time to be gentle and kind to my daughter. We’ve seen him twice and my daughter only asks to have her hair cut by Andrew, even if she doesn’t seem to enjoy herself. She is definitely comfortable with him and all the staff at Verde! We will keep coming back over & over!

First time going to Verde. And let me just say wow!! I’ve been hunting for a salon for 4 years. 4 YEARS! And I think I finally found one for me. From booking, to my phone inquiries, to the greeting and farewell. Attention was never spared. Bethany was incredible. As a person with thick curly hair, I am always hesitant to see a new stylist. However, I could not be happier with the haircut I received from Danielle! My curls look better than they have in a long time and I will definitely be going back regularly. I really like this salon. You basically get to choose what you pay for your service by choosing your level of stylist. I have had services done with a few stylists at various levels. Don't be afraid to book with the Level 1 stylists, they are highly capable and at such a nice salon, you won't mind the slightly longer service times. All the stylists at Verde make your experience enjoyable! Plus free coffee, you can't go wrong!

The staff here are amazing! They are so kind and lighthearted, and put so much care into what they do. I honestly went into my appointment under prepared but my stylist, Nikita, was so patient with me as we looked at reference photos. She put so much effort and care into my hair and it turned out fantastically! This was honestly one of the best salon experiences I have ever had, and I look forward to going back!

She intuitively knows just what to do with my awkward head of hair and it's so refreshing to be able to put my trust in her. My first time visiting Verde (at Seasons) and I was SUPER impressed. My hair stylist recently moved back to Winnipeg, so of course I would go where ever she went. But booking online was a breeze (plus, as a website designer, I was VERY impressed with their website.) The salon is trendy, clean, open, and they adhered to Covid guidelines. I saw Mindy and she was amazing! I had gotten my hair done the day before at a different salon and it looked so bad, so I wanted to get it fixed asap! Mindy was kind enough to see me within a day's notice and did a fabulous job fixing my bleached hair. She was so kind and worked so quickly! While I was out of the city for 3+ months, I went to get a trim from someone OTHER than my girl, Grace. Big mistake! I don't know how it happened, but it certainly looked like a hack job. Grace worked her magic and was was more than capable of making the hack job disappear, while taking off as little length as possible. Grace is dedicated to her work, hilarious, and always such a good time!!

I got a hair cut and blow out from Anna and she was so sweet and friendly and really made sure she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it! she gave me a great scalp massage as well as washed my hair very gently! I also loved the products she used in my hair and the small goodie bag after my cut! I would highly recommend getting a cut from Anna!

Stylist’s skill level on Asian hair is not as impressive as for others mentioned in the review. Tried twice over the last year or so, didn’t work out. I was recommended a product with ingredients which I specifically said I am allergic to (listed with a different name in the ingredient list), lucky that I double checked myself when I got home.

I always look forward to my appointments with Katie, its always a wonderful time! I love how she explains everything beforehand and always listens to all my concerns. I have never had a bad experience or a bad cut! She really knows how to work with fine hair and make it look as good as possible. Oh and she gives fabulous scalp massages :)

My son has kind of hard to handle hair. He hasn't had a lot of luck with stylists as it's gotten curlier. We came to the outlet mall location and got a level 2 stylist (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name! She was great, I wish I could remember) and she did great! My son really likes his hair cut and had a good experience over all.

I've only started going to this salon in the last year, but I have had a great experience each time! They are very accommodating and take your hair journey seriously, helping you see the best results possible for your hair while also giving thoughtful advice. I have now seen both Courtney and Rachel and they were both lovely!

Danielle is an excellent stylist. She knew exactly how to style my hair after cutting it. It’s partially curly and most stylists will just dry it straight and curl it with an iron. Danielle worked with the curls instead and it turned out great. I also like that the atmosphere is very comfortable and staff are super friendly.

Rachel is the best. She makes me look and feel great throughout our appointment. She is also a great listener and really pays attention to what you want. I'll definitely be returning to see her for a long long time. Bonus: shes super cute too!

Navjot is very talented hairstylist. She suggested hair color and a beautiful haircut that suited well to my facial features. I absolutely love it! She was very polite and patient in answering all the inquiries about hair color and cutting.
