He may not be a gymnast but I’ve seen this guy bend over backwards to make sure everyone gets what they deserve, seen him put people in a car so they aren’t without transport to there daily life at 3am, heard him argue with every insurance company fighting for the customers to get every dollar they deserve, this guy deserves an award everyday for his commitment in helping everyone and anyone. He is the absolute BEST in the business.

Simon is a genuine operator, it's not just about getting the tow for him. I have called him stuck on the side of the road a couple times thinking I needed a tow and each time he’s fixed the problem on the road side so I didn’t need to pay for a tow. We are seriously lucky to have him in our area I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else.

Having to call a tow truck isn’t usually something you like to do, but calling ViP is always a pleasure and makes a normally stressfull situation very stress free. Not just good for towing but also great for advice and always looking out for the clients, not the insurance companies. Thanks for all your help over the years Simon!

Can't recommend this company enough. Had a pleasant experience with Simon. I was broken down on the highway and he got me out of trouble safely and efficiently. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Hopefully I don't breakdown anytime soon but if I do, I certainly know who I'd be calling . 5 STARS !

I've known Simon all his adult life, he has gone above and beyond for me and my kids so many times I've lost count. An absolute gentleman, will always go the extra mile to help. Respect him as he will respect you, mess with him at your own peril

There's nothing bad to say. Reasonable priced,helpful, and extremely careful with a lowered car, if you're stuck and reasonable, he will help either getting you another tow if he's not able to help personally
