He is a great help. The bikes he sells aren't fully rebuilt but have had just enough done to get them roadworthy without costing an arm and a leg!! They are economically priced, safe and honest, not sprayed and tarted up so they look like new. Very cheap, a great alternative to the bike shop - what you see is what you get, prices as marked, trade in your old bike, great initiative to keep them out of landfill!!
