I recently went to this pet store for the first time. I had heard that they had door bells for dogs. I also had another issue concerning a dog food brand I had purchased elsewhere the day before and a scare after reading some reviews. The sales woman at Urban Paws could have manipulated my fears, taken advantage of my naivety, but instead she demonstrated integrity, authenticity and exceptional customer service. I did not leave with a new brand of dog food (yet) but an eased conscience and gratefully purchased those bells and a few other treats for Boaz. More than this I will choose to be a loyal patron of this store simply because of the way Leah conducted herself as a Sales associate

Very nice knowledgeable staff. A lovely selection of animal products. Decor is lovely. A bit on on the expensive side, but you have to pay for quality, especially when it comes to you fur baby. Bought a new harness for my old English Bulldogge and the staff pointed me to the best one, not the most expensive!

We shop at Urban Paws about once a month. They are the best people. The store has everything from a great selection of quality products to pet toys, an adoption centre for kitties, the selection is amazing and the staff is so helpful. No hard sell tactics just people who love and know animals. Great store!

Its pricey here, but that's because of the high quality brands they carry. They don't carry your average supermarket pet foods, but brands like Orijen. Their Ar'ful Good freeze dried liver treats are my favourite for training dogs to get them to pay attention and respond to you.

I was having issues with a younger female cat bullying our senior and was recommended to try the Feliway Friends diffuser. I was floored at how well it worked and how quickly our apartment returned to peace. It's been days without any conflict!

They're really friendly and happy to help in here. They have some wonderful products and try to purchase products other shops don't keep in shop. #1 stop for dog coats as they have the best Canadian coats on the rack- Chilly dog coats!

Great store. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Wide selection of products. Pleased with the fact that they offer all natural ingredient products and products for those pets with allergies. Would recommend this store.

Knowledgable staff and very helpful. More than willing to look into something further when we were unsure rather than just say whatever would complete a sale when we had more questions regarding CBD treatments for our dog.

They have some items that are harder to find, but they are most about their vanity items for pets. I only go there for my dog's food and pig ears.
