Customers are treated poorly by this company. I had my fathers possessions stored, on site, in a container for 7 years that I rented from the company, that Container King eventually bought. 1) First off I paid up front for the delivery of the container at the end of the rental. That documentation was lost in company transfer and no one cared despite having a cancelled cheque. 2) Container King did not care that I was renting on site and would make no consideration to access the container outside of the hours of 8 am to 4 pm, weekdays. CK said "On site containers is not their business" despite they had purchased such contracts. 3) When I first got the container, I was provided with a lock and key by the renting company which I returned to them with the container. When I arrived to pick up my belongings, I was informed that I was wrong and that they did not have the key. Mike from CK maintenance was rude and demeaning and indicated they would come out "after lunch" to see what they could do. When I indicated that I needed a lot of time to unload, I was informed that I would need to wait, and "at 4 pm I needed to decide what side of the fence I would be on". Customer service at its worse!!! 4) Mike then postured that I would need to pay $100,.$125 or something more to remove the lock. This was his way of escalating the situation as an amount of $100 had been decided prior, which I reluctantly paid when dealing with management. If there is any disagreement, CK is right, you, the customer, will be wrong. Beware

I called The Container King after 5 phone calls to their competitor producing zero results within that week. My request for a quote was taken from Cathy at The Container King who treated me professionally and provided excellent service. Within 36 hours, our Sea-Can was delivered to us (3 hrs NE of Edmonton)and unloaded with expertise conduct. Thank you Derek and Eli!! No drama, excellent service, and even received a follow up phone call from Cathy a few days after delivery. I highly recommend The Container King!!

Cathy's been wonderful to deal with in purchasing containers both personal and for business. Delivery has been excellent, even in remote areas (got a couple for my cabin). I like being able to pick out units and having a good selection to chose from. Good pricing also. Will continue to recommend Cathy :)

Worst ever company to deal with. In my mind they are crooks leaching off of people. Constantly claiming you owe them more money, no invoices to back ANYTHING UP. Then put you into collections for payments you didn't know you had. STAY AWAY unless you want to owe them for the rest of your life !!!!!!

We needed a rental with delivery on very short notice, and Ryan went above and beyond to make that happen for us. The customer service was excellent !! our container was delivered with friendly service, and skill as promised. Highly recommended

Bought a 20 foot can last year for my mom to store stuff in. Was a great experience & would recommend them to anyone.. May be looking at a 40 footer real soon.

My unit had a family of possums living in it. The manager told me it was technically the possums container but they would let you keep your stuff there.

What an Easy process with excellent Customer Service. Learned a few things along the way and will look into a Used SeaCan purchase for personal use....
