Edit: due to their reply i can certainly confirm i purchased the car from them There was only one other 300c in car city of a lower trim level at the time not to mention all the paper work i still have..they cant find me in their database due to my name not being displayed here. The staff were nice and friendly with a fast transaction i understood i was buying a car without warranty however i feel some problems were patched/covered up just long enough to become my problem not theirs. Within 2 days i discovered i had a crank angle sensor issues, the catalytic converter needed replacing, the alternator needs replacing ,the drivers window motor is dying as its struggling to go up and down aswell as a headlight out. Considering they had to put 3 months rego on the car The headlight and catalytic converter wouldve being picked up and failed resulting in them having to fix atleast 2 issues before i took ownership of this so their mechanic obviously turns a blind eye for their business in return. I called them to try discuss the issues and they asked for the vin which i gave them they then said they would call back shortly but never did..i seen no point dealing with them further as it shows their ethic and morals..i now have a 8 week wait to get into a chrysler dealership to get these issues sorted and will be lodging a complaint with fair trading. I understand cars after 5 years start to have issues but to have a dealership purposely cover up problems instead of being upfront is not something i stand for especially if this had of being a struggling family or a single mother it wouldve hurt them hard in the pocket.

I would never recommend these guys to anyone I’ve I had my car for 9 months and it has done nothing but my head in 2weeks after getting my car from united cars I had problems with the DPF FILTER PUMP and I had to take it back iver and over again and still to this day I’m having the same trouble they told me they fixed it but all they did was clear it with a scanner and tell me it’s fixed I’ve even got my mechanic to look at it he took photos of the what needed to be changed and they told me they did it but no still the same problem a month after having the car my indicator lights didn’t work or the hazard lights so I rang them told them nothing was working and it was broken down at my mechanic and it needed to be towed but instead they picked it up and drove it with nothing working I still have the car which I hate and I’m over and it still has the same trouble with everything I sent them the pictures all the evidence that was wrong with this car they never fixed it and now I’m stuck with a car that I hate to drive because it has problems still to this day that was not fixed from the whole time I took the car from that yard now I’m stuck with a huge debt and a car that doesn’t work and no recommendations on how to get rid of this car so united cars in car city you are the worst and will never recommend you to anyone.

(Edit). I am the partner of the customer. We went through Anthony who sold us the car and now won’t answer us neither will the boss. There is no resolution to this problem as you won’t acknowledge the issues we have. Doing the repair ourself was the last option we had. It was in the contract to fix it before buying the car and u didn’t fix the issue but just made it seem like you did. I hope I save at least a few people who may consider buying from here. Would never go here again. The team are snakes who will show you a good deal and look after you until something goes against them. We bought a car and within a week the problem we were told would be fixed in order to buy the car was back. Probably just drowned the part in WD40 as an easy con. We tried to get in contact with them multiples time and not once did they stick to their promise to call us back. When we finally got to talk to boss after demanding the boss just hung up on us when we tried to talk things out because he knows what he’s done. It is a trap to buy a car from here and should be avoided. All of this could have been avoided if they just fixed the car as promised in the first place.

Do not sell or buy a car from these people. They still owe me money for my car that they have bought from me claiming the ‘do not have the log books’ however I have provided all required information to them at my own expense. These people are scammers and you will be ripped off 31/1/23 - money is still outstanding even though DARKO (business owner) has evidence showing he still owes me money. DO NOT BUY OR SELL HERE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU! 2/2/23 - in reply to owners response. Your sale man had the car for 5HOURS!! And found none of these issue so you claim the car had. Funny that! 5 months ago I purchased a car with warranty for 5000 since then I have spent a 2000 salvation army nils in repair loan 2 ×$150 diagnosis and a service. a week and a half later the car fully failed and is costing Me thousands to get out and has also been to the mechanic 7 times and also claimed up to almost $2000 in warranty single mum here on benifits not happy. Ripped right off!am unable to afford it the day my registration was due I was already catching buses and trains I paid rego early it had broken down 96kms from home again with my baby and 3 other children in car just before Christmas .I'll never see that kind of money again to buy another car very disheartening

Pushy dealer. Bought a Mazda with my partner and coerced us to buy him a case of beer and he ensured he was giving us a good deal. Promised they would fix the side mirror and clean stains of car roof interior. They didn’t repair the mirror or ceiling when I called about it they went back on their promise and said they didn’t have the parts and weren’t helpful. Careful when they try and upsell insurance as they’ll try and get you into the most extended expensive option. Luckily we had a trusted contact who knew they were taking us for a ride so we negotiated out of initial insurance for a more appropriate option. 23/9 Reached out to head office and received no reply.

I needed to be in a car as soon as possible for a replacement for one of our employees. I found the car that suited our needs and called the dealership. I spoke to Reza who provided information over the phone. I trusted that he gave me the right information and made the purchase over the phone as I live 2 hours away from the dealer. Contracts were signed and the car was ready 2 days later. I was late in picking up the car due to traffic but Reza returned to the dealership so I could take delivery, the car was as described and drives well. Very happy with the service from the dealership and from Reza.

If you are wary and suspicious of car dealerships from past experience, United Autos is the best place for you to visit to change your mind. Anthony will do his best to get you the best deal possible for whatever car you want. I was very pleased that their finance team was able to get me approved despite my young age and average credit rating.. Happy with the car i had purchased and had a few issues with the bank, but overall i felt my sales person was very pushy and i didnt get to test drive the vehicle before i purchased. He was patient in regards to my banking issues but being young and my first dealership experience it made it a very anxious and rushed process. He gave me great information but rushed for payment whilst we were still inspecting the vehicle and couldn’t understand why i would have issues signing a contract before i was to even view or drive vehicle. A little disappointed overall

My initial experience in dealing with the staff members at United Autos was great. Adam (I assume the owner) was very helpful and friendly. I decided to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. After my purchase I realised Adam had flat out lied to me, and made promises that he did not intend on keeping. The vehicle has multiple problems with functionality, even though I was assured there were no problems with functionality. The vehicle also has 3 months less rego than was promised. I would highly recommend not attending this dealership.

I have been sold a car that has 4 gears working out of 5!!! Was looking to buy a car from these guys and George seemed honest, helpful, easy to understand, easy to communicate with and flexible in his approach. We had some initial issues but he worked hard to sort them through. He took a lot of the hassle out of buying interstate. In the end we went with a local car (we are in SA) because of the ability to test drive in person and avoid freight, but still had an overall pleasant experience with United Autos.

Very unhappy. Was sold a used car and was promised 1 year warranty on said vehicle. Have had issues with the vehicle and after taking to the mechanics it needs work done that the dealership should have already had done. Have contacted dealership and they have denied and refused to take responsibility. Looking at another 1k or so of work that NEEDS to be done before it can be driven again.

Purchased a car just over 3 months ago for $35k and car screen stopped working. It’s the reason we purchased the car for the safety features that the car salesman Charlie boasted about with this kia carnival. Now screen isn’t working. They are trying to say it’s a cracked screen although I’ve sent pictures to them of a screen not cracked! Seeking advice from fair trading.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review as the car I purchased broke down two weeks after purchase. It has been a couple weeks now & still not fixed. Their warranty they sold me won’t cover all of it so I am $1000+ out of pocket and lost much more $ than that in lost work for not having a car for two weeks and counting.
