There was a Middle Eastern man who falsely accused me, and my fiancé of opening a lubricant. He then went on to say that he’s gonna go check the cameras to prove us true or false. he was trying so hard to pick a fight with us when we were so calm, and we even answered his questions and I have witnesses for that. he was following us around the store staying in another aisle with his ears against the shelf to listen to me and my fiancé’s conversation and this made us very uncomfortable & also there was a individual who was in the same aisle as us he proceeded to look into our bags and follow us around! (I witnessed it with my own eyes) I even let my fiancé know how uncomfortable I was feeling that more than one person was giving me bad vibes in the store. The individual who was also standing in the same row, had a blue pocket knife in his hand (after leaving the mall, I noticed that it was an employee who was working there as he was locking the back doors while I was waiting for my Uber) that made me feel very uncomfortable, nothing was said to him about his unappropriate behaviour of scaring off customers and making them feel uncomfortable. I proceeded to check out with a very nice woman Mireille C at the beauty section, even she apologize to us! I had more than three people following me around in the store, which is unacceptable, and this will be brought and reported to higher up management. I highly recommend not going to this location as you will be falsely accused of doing things that you’re not doing and you will be followed around. The photo that I’m attaching is the dude who was carrying the knife around the store. Do not visit this location.

Please be aware that if you wish to avoid hearing racist slurs from the manager, it is best to avoid this store. Today, my wife visited this store to take photos for her RAMQ card. She encountered difficulties while attempting to download the photo due to an OTP error. An employee kindly attempted to assist her, but the code was still not functioning. Consequently, she asked another employee for help and also inquired about the refund policy, as she was unable to download the photo. Regrettably, instead of assistance, this employee made an inappropriate comment behind her back, using the phrase 'Bloody Indian.' When my wife requested to speak to the manager to report this behavior, it was revealed that the individual in question was, in fact, the manager. He justified the comment by stating that being called 'Indian' is not racist, as he is also an Indian and proud of it, without acknowledging the use of the word 'Bloody.' It is worth noting that my wife and I, despite our shared ethnicity, are not from India, nor do we identify as Indian in any way. Although other employees were witnesses to this behavior, none of them intervened. They claimed to be occupied with other tasks and were unaware of the situation. It is deeply concerning that such behavior appears to go unchecked by the store's staff. In light of this incident, we have decided to file a complaint of discrimination or harassment with the CDPDJ and consult with a lawyer regarding potential legal action.

They know us all by name and have consistently delivered stellar service and never failed to act in our best interest and the best interest of our health with our prescriptions and advice on those prescriptions. During these uncertain times, the health and well being of our family & community is our top priority. As the COVID-19 outbreak erupted, we just wanted to let everyone know how kind, thoughtful and caring my two pharmacists Sheinaz & Reza Kalfane have been during this time. With limited access to nursing services, Sheinaz has gone beyond the call of duty and also learned how to administer vaccinations and medications to her customers. Every time I need a prescription filled or advice from the pharmacists (Sheinaz & Reza) it is handled with the utmost professionalism. The staff at Uniprix in Place Vertu go above & beyond what is expected from a pharmacy ... what I mean is that my 82 y.o. mom is treated with dignity & respect despite her calling the pharmacy sometimes 10 times a day asking the same questions! The pharmacy also calls me when it's time to renew or pick up my mom's many prescriptions and on several occasions they have prepared & reprepared my mom's dispense packs to accommodate a change in dosage or an addition of a medication. I have never dealt with a pharmacy that is more kind or caring! Special shout out to Romeo for being ... well, a true Romeo!

I have been a steady client for so very, very many years now and as far as customized service (I've tried many others in the past) others do not hold a candle to the personalized service, to the attentiveness displayed by the pharmacist, the quality of the response, the explanation for the uses of new prescriptions. I like a place that is positive in their responses and do not improvise just to get rid of the client's endless questions I am difficult to please, yet I am extremely comfortable in this environment, I am talking about pharmacy Kalfane in Place Vertu Shopping Center, in Ville Saint Laurent. Posters should know that when it comes to your health you must have confidence in your pharmacist and I am.

Je suis allez m'acheter des goutes quand j'avais mal a l'oreille. A côté des goutes pour les oreilles il y avait des goute homéopathique pour les oreilles, le mot homéopathique ecrit en tres petit sur les flacons, sans aucune distinction entre les 2, en plus grand nombre que les vrais médicaments. Je trouve deja sa degeulasse qu'une pharmacie vend de l'eau qui se fais passer pour des médicament alors que je monde vienne car ils souffrent, mais en plus ils essayent de truquer leur client. C'est vraiment immorale de leur part et je conseille d'aller a cette pharmacie que si vous êtes mal prit et de bien lire avant d'acheter pour ne pas achetée de l'eau en flacon. Laissez la fausse médecine loin de la vrai.

La pharmacienne m’a fait attendre 30 min devant le comptoir et était entrain de parler sur son sur son cellulaire au lieu d’aider. Une vrai non professionnel. Pharmacie désorganisée et très mal propre. la pharmacienne a été très impolie , impatiente mauvaise information. Je ne sais pas comment elle peut être dans le domaine de santé. Aucune patiente et aucun savoir. Franchement je vais communiquer avec le siège sociale afin de porter plainte contre cette pharmacienne rude et impolie . Attention aussi vérifier bien dans les tablettes médicament à 1 mois d’expiration . J’ai acheté vitamine C en arrivant à la maison expire dans quelques semaines. Faite attention

I've been using this pharmacy for the last 12 years. The owners used to be an energetic couple, very polite and helpful with the clients. I don't know if they sold or retired but lately this place became a disaster. 1.The new "pharmacist" wasn't able to read the prescription and when I verbally told him the name of the medicine he answered that my family doctor is not well informed about the current Canadian drugs. Later a phone call from my doctor educated him... 2. Sometimes they don't have in stock common medicines. 3. The waiting time is ridiculous compared to other pharmacies. Three strikes and you're out - moving my business somewhere else.

Guess what, I was called BLOODY INDIAN because their code for downloading photos failed 3 times and I asked if I can get a refund. I am brown skinned, does that give them right to call me bloody and assume a country I am not from. I informed the management and he lied to the management. It took some time for them to say sorry. His defence was, ‘hey, I am from India too’. My body was shaking. I was not expecting this in a Uniprix in Saint Laurent. This is the store I come regularly. Every time I will come here from now on, I will relive this incident in my mind. That’s how humiliation affects us.

Service today was zero stars, but on average with good days, I rate 3 stars. I brought one item to the counter to pay; the staff did not greet me, did not speak a word to me but was chatting with her colleague just a moment prior. After shoving the receipt on the counter, she turned away immediately and walked away. I didn’t bother wishing a good day (I usually do). Not the first time with bad service, but today was rude. The owner has always been good. There is a sign that their hours are cut due to staff shortage - best to check before you go there, as that includes access to the Post Office.

Horrible, ça fait deux fois que la pharmacie me dit ne pas avoir reçu une ordonnance de la clinique... J'appelle à la clinique et finalement la phamacie l'avait reçu. Ils sont tout simplement trop désorganisés et pas du tout avenants. Le pire est que le/les pharmaciens ne semblent pas rencontrer les patients lors de la prise d'un nouveau médicament! Les deux fois j'ai dû demander: "est ce que le pharmacien n'est pas supposé me rencontrer pour s'assurer que tout est ok?". Toujours interminable l'attente et ce, même si je commande à l'avance. Je change de pharmacie, fuyez!

Makeup department staff stares you down like a hawk and continuously asks you questions despite me saying I didn't need any help or recommendations. I just needed some mascara and was browsing. Maybe it's because they thought I was at risk of theft? Either way, it was definitely uncomfortable. In the past I had an issue exchanging/returning a defective eyeliner stick -- they owner of the makeup centre said the money would come out of *her* pocket if she did the exchange. Really weird place. The other employees were normal but avoid the makeup counter at all costs.

Le monsieur du bureau de poste me reçoit en disant: «  je suis énervé de vous voir car vos colis vont me prendre 20 minutes et je dois fermer dans 20 minutes. » Je comprends que l’on puisse être stressés en période de fêtes, mais la base du service à la clientèle c’est la politesse. Dire bonjour et expliquer la situation aurait permis qu’on trouve une collaboration mutuelle.

New pharmacist there doesn’t pay attention and gave me the wrong medicine even though I noted there was a NEW prescription recently; this can’t possibly be difficult to figure out? Thankfully the older pharmacist sorted it out for me because new lady is also very arrogant. Listen to your customers. We aren’t stupid.
