I had to wait a long time for the office people to finish his phone to come and have a look at my car and scratches which that phone conversation didn't finish during the time I was waiting (6-7 mins) So I changed my mind and left. And it was not the only reason! their garage looks like a junkyard, tools and parts were everywhere you may expect to get a good distribution of dust and rubbish on your fresh paint if it's what your car is booked for. Although I didn't used their services, I do not think USB Mechanical is the right place.

Certainly want to give a shout out to Steve. Truly appreciate the dedication, care and fairness he showed towards me and my 21 year old Falcon. Steve is honest, reliable, professional and more than obliging. Sorted my coolant issue, brakes, rotors, pink slip, carried out a service diagnosed other issues and has done a tremendous job. Highly recommend Steve and USB mechanical with no hesitation at all and I am very fussy as to who I trust as well. Keep up the great work. I will be back .

Absolutely 5 stars! The best mechanical I've ever met since moved to Sydney in 2015! Professional, warm-hearted, earnest, efficient... On 5th August, Steve even lent me a pair of battery leads and a spare battery when I waiting for the alternator due to the current alternator not working once in a while! 16th August: Steve lent me a car battery charger to charge the flat battery due to the previous bad alternator.

Worst mechanic I've ever had. Asked him to change the bumper of my lancer and he replaced it with a non genuine part and it was also placed lower than before. On top of that he managed to destroy my cars keyless entry and now I have to pay an excess to get it fixed at a mitsubishi dealer which will cost me more. Overpriced, inefficient, clueless.

Steve and his team were absolutely helpful and professional. They did a great job at repairing my bike and kept constant communication. They are well connected with other dealers as well and are more than happy to refer you to them if required. Very thankful to have had brought my bike there, couldn't be happier. Went to him twice, very knowledgeable and reasonable prices. I've been to several places to get my car serviced an no-one had picked up the issues of the car like he did. I believe he will be my go to for car servicing now. There may be some delay but service is very good. I highly recommend to everyone.

I have taken my wife's car there since it was new to attend to minor body damage on 5 occasions now and on each of these the work was professionally completed in a timely way on the timeline they specified and at a modest cost. I strongly recommend this business.

I was incredibly impressed with the service and the efficiency. I own a Volvo convertible and had my air-conditioning fixed here. Not only was the job done well, the cost was so much cheaper than a Volvo dealer and the owner explained everything thoroughly.
