Passport renewal. Process took about two to three hours and then a return visit to get new passport. Also will assist with information to get visa transferred. Very professional staff and easy to get through. The office is closed I believe from 1130 or 12pm to 1pm for lunch. Appointment system works well. Remember to carry any info you need on paper since cell phones not allowed. Thanks for the service.

Very quick. The woman giving us our paperwork was incredible and friendly. The guards in the front are friendly, but not knowledgeable about what goes on inside. We showed up early to ask a few questions and everything they told us was wrong, but we worked it out.

It took me less than 10 words to get an America Visa and the interviewer was very kind.
