"Top reasons why I stay training with Vince: - I haven’t sprained my ankle (I averaged about 2 ankle sprains a month before training with him and thought i was just unlucky) buttttt this is because he personalised my training program to develop stronger ankles so now I can enjoy playing sports without the fear of hurting myself - I’m continuously LEARNING more about my own health and fitness and how/when/why I need to adjust in order to cater to my personal needs - I feel so much more ENERGISEDDD - His ACCOUNTABILITY helps me stay on top of my training, meals, rest and recovery so I can keep smashing out those goals - He puts his clients first - He’s tall so I use him as shade when it’s sunny outside - finally he alwaysssss pushes me even when I feel like giving up because he desires me to unleash my human potential!!! Training sessions with Luke is always fun and always motivates me to get stronger every week. I’ve been training with Luke for more than 4 months now and lost 12 kg so far. I also got mentally stronger and started to become more confident and believe how much stronger I can be. And most importantly, I truly enjoy coming to the gym. I could feel that Luke always takes care of his clients especially when he said he is worried because I lose my weight too quickly (losing 9kg in 2 months) and so I should eat a bit more. He is not just thinking of losing my weight or achieving my goals, he really takes care of my health. I didn’t even know how to set a goal and I was unsure about how Personal Trainer can help me with losing my weight when I first had a free consultation session with UHP, but now I have so many other goals in my mind that I want to achieve with UHP and 100% sure that they are always supportive to achieve my goals. One of the best decision I have made this year is signing up for PT sessions with UHP!
I have been training with Luke for approx 6 weeks and in this short space of time he has helped me to correct my form and improve my strength dramatically on the 3 major compound lifts. I had been training solo for a number of years and there is only so much information you can absorb from the internet having a PT by my side to pin point and correct my issues has been the best investment ever. I can honestly say that my sessions with Luke are tough and physically demanding but well worth the outcome. I am looking forward to continuing with Luke to see how much strength progression i can make. I highly recommend the services of UHP whether you are new to the gym or a veteran lifter who is stuck in a plateau Luke and the team at UHP will most certainly assist you in your training and nutrition goals.
My experience so far with UHP through Francis has been nothing but incredible. Francis took the time to understand both my goals and me. What I've found amazing is that Francis has tailored his training and approach to training to suit me, making sure that I understand the concepts, explaining in different ways so that I always feel confident in what I'm doing, regardless if it ends up being a PB or a setback. As a new gym go-er, he took the time to make strength training be not too overwhelming, working with me week after week to help me reach my goals. In doing this, not only did he start to build my confidence in the gym but he helped me positively change my mindset and attitude to everything that I do in life. It's been an amazing journey so far and I'm keen to see where it will take me!
I've been going to the gym for years, training by myself. I just did whatever workout but I didn't really know what I was doing and wasn't getting the results I wanted. Ever since I started personal training with Luke and the UHP team. I noticed a huge change in my physique, strength and health. Even other people noticed that I became a lot leaner and fitter. Luke is very friendly, smart, highly adaptable and caters according to my needs. I didn't realise I had an imbalance in strength and my biggest struggle was my diet. Luke helped me correct my imbalance and taught me the importance of eating home made meals rather than eating out. I highly recommend UHP in helping you stay accountable, learn the right form and reach your fitness goals.
I started personal training with MJ about 8 weeks ago and it has been such a great journey. No matter how much I complain or think I can’t do it he has always encouraged me and pushed me to get better and better in all the workouts we do. It’s so great to have a trainer so ready to motivate and be happy for all your successes no matter how big or small they are. I’m so keen to continue my fitness journey with MJ. I also go to Francis’s core classes which are only 30 mins but it’s such a great workout. Through the pain of the exercises Francis is alway there to help along the way and get us back on track. I didn’t really focus on core workouts before but after going to these classes I can notice a difference in my core strength!
A massive massive thank you to Aris and the rest of the staff at Ruzzie performance for helping me achieve my fitness goals. You sir are an absolute magician. As a cafe owner it is very hard to find motivation to train with such early starts each day. Aris has made this a simple task by setting realistic goals, motivating me during every session and seeing those all so important results. Without Aris and his guidance I wouldn’t know where to begin nor would even dream of looking the way I do currently. Thank you thank you thank you wouldn’t look past any of these other pretenders that claim to be so call fitness experts out there. Bravo
I’ve started my personal training with Luke who is absolutely the best. When I started I was new to the gym, did not know the right techniques and less of the motivation as well. But Luke is been very professional and friendly, he understood my level, what needs to be done and encouraged every single day to be better at my routines. Few weeks after, here I am enjoying my gym sessions with Luke at UHP and achieving great results and on track to be who I always wanted to be to bring more energy, confidence and general well-being. Luke and UHP, you guys are the best in this.
Saranya has been nothing but supportive and encouraging as a trainer which has played a huge role in motivating me to really push myself. Through our sessions she has also taught me a lot about my body’s potential and how with the right physical technique and positive mindset I’m able to reach my goals. She is also patient and empathetic, allowing me to be transparent and comfortable - both of which imperative to effective communication. I love training with UHP/Saranya and am looking forward to progressing further. :-)
Aris was an exceptional PT. As an athlete wanting to excel in my sport and coming back from major ACL surgery his knowledge and expertise put me in a good position to return to sport and play at my full potential with confidence. His ability to motivate and push you to achieve your goals while also being able to have fun and joke around is something not every PT has. You won’t find many better or well qualified trainers out there with an abundance of knowledge about the body and human movement. What a legend.
Everyone at Gym are super welcoming and has a very positive environment Saranya has been an amazing PT! She’s made my experience back at the gym a great one, not only have I been more confident with each session but she has helped me reached further than I could imagine - with workouts that I didn’t think I’d be doing. So much growth compared to when I’ve first started at Xgym. Thankful to have Saranya as my PT - very uplifting, supportive and accountable with my fitness needs/goals.
UHP is the best gym in the area. UHP has been the reason why I love the gym. The team are very friendly and easy going. In comparison to the other gyms, UHP stand out with there professional trainers. In particular I have been working with PT Alex Ciccareli for the past year. Alex is an extremely experienced personal training and has taught me a lot during my time working with him. I highly recommend Alex for any sort of personal training as he caters for all gym goals.
Some of da best of da best trainers in da business. Before training with Vince my progress in the gym plateaued and I lost motivation in training. After training with Vince, the results I am getting in the gym have greatly surpassed what I've achieved before, my form has greatly improved and I've found that motivation and love for the gym again. 10/10 would recommend training with Vince (and MJ if Vince is not available).
Signing up with Saranya at UHP I’ve been able to make more than double the progress in a couple of months than I’ve been able to make in 2 years going to the gym by myself. She helped me define tangible goals and created a program perfectly suited to achieve them. She’s also super supportive and explains technique in a way that’s easy to understand and implement. Max has been an amazing PT and has been super helpful in assisting me with my training goals. He’s always attentive and listens closely to any issues and is always open to suggestions and trying new things to help find the right individual training regimen. Would highly recommend training with Max especially if you’re looking for someone who’s attentive, approachable and knowledgeable.
Been training with UHP for a few years and currently training with Francis as my PT. He’s helped my deadlifts so much especially with any back rounding and lock out issues. He’s dedicated to keeping me accountable but still making sure that I enjoy every moment at the gym and continue to progress across all my lifts. Aris is a proactive and knowledgeable trainer who wants to see you achieve your goals! He encourages me to push myself further then I even thought I could. With the help of Aris I have altered my diet and work life balance - this has allowed me to hit awesome 1RMS and build greater muscle. He is honest and VERY encouraging, this is exactly what I needed!
The gym environment here is like no other. Everyone is so friendly and supportive when training. Brad is the best personal trainer at Xgym. Brad is extremely knowledgeable and able to explain the how’s and why’s during training, which I personally love. Would highly recommend UHP and XGym to anyone who is looking for an amazing gym!

Aris is what you consider a top tier pt! I’m currently comp prepping for States and Aris has shown me amazing tips and advice that I’ve added to my routine to fine tune my movements and lifts! Not to mention, he brings incredible energy on the harder training days when you need that push! Definitely recommend!
I started the gym as a novice in early 2022. Since I have picked up Nathan Merlino as my PT I have seen my lifts increase drastically. Not only the weight increases but the form has also improved exponentially. I recommend him to any and all for realistic goal achievements and learning the basics.
I worked with Aris which was an absolute treat! The great man helped me so much with my form and to improve consistently with my strength gains. Experienced, professional, knowledgeable, loving and caring is all I have to say about Aris. Absolute pleasure training with him at this facility.

I get really anxious at the gym but everyone at this gym is very welcoming and so nice. My PT Vince is amazing, he’s always pushing me to do better, he provides a program that is specialized just for me & is always checking up on my progress. Thanks guys
4 weeks into my 8 week program with Vince and I can say that ive started to feel stronger again. Technique has also been a work in progress thats gotten a lot better. So big shout out to the guys at UHP for providing great support throughout my lifts.
Nathan is a great trainer at UHP with attention to detail like no other. He and all the other trainers always put safety first and know the right times to have a bit of humour. Would recommend for anyone looking to focus on their gym goals.
