I placed a complicated order as wanted the slippers shipped to my sister in NZ. The slippers arrived but were the wrong size so returned them as advised. Unfortunately the replacement ones they sent were the exact sames size, despite our numerous emails and notes in the returned package. We managed to contact the Sydney Office and they were very apologetic and organised to send another pair (the correct size) which were received. I did not have much confidence but surprisingly they came good and the slippers fit and look beautiful. Thank you so much for addressing my problems and rectifying. Well done and was worth the long wait!

I bought 2 pairs of UGGs from UGG face through their website. Their products quality are excellent. The Australian made UGG boot is really really comfy soft with a cool design. The other pair of slippers is too big and contacted them for an exchange no problem. Highly recommended. I will definitely buy again.

These are not genuine Australian Lambs wool. I’ve had them a month & they are already falling apart. Tried getting a refund or part refund but they just keep refusing. DON’T BUY....
