It's disheartening to see the Tutti Frutti brand, particularly this location, decline in quality. I've always had a simple expectation when I order the Swiss & Ham Eggs Benedict here, and that's to have it done right. Although it's not an upscale brunch spot, basic dishes should still be prepared with care. On Saturday, October 21st, my experience hit a low point. The Eggs Benedict were drenched in sauce, reflecting a concerning lack of attention from the kitchen. What made this visit the worst, however, was the service. When it comes to dining out, my needs are quite simple: a warm greeting, periodic check-ins, and refilled drinks. Aside from taking our initial order, our waitress, Amannie, did very little, and we had to flag her down (while she was chatting with another employee) just to settle the bill. A group of five patrons who arrived shortly after us received attentive service, which made me wonder if we were being consciously overlooked. I'm typically an easy-going customer, but if there was anything I did to warrant such dismissive behavior, I'd appreciate knowing. Was here this morning to enjoy a Father's Day/ Birthday breakfast for my Dad. my sister and mom were with us as well. Waitress was great. It wasn't until our food arrived when the issues popped up. My loaded omelet actually has a bread tag cooked into it. When I informed the staff, they did offer me a new meal, which I refused. Someone actually came over (manager??) and inferred that they don't have tags on their bread bags. They did comp my meal and give me a 10% discount but I wont be back. This manager left a bad taste in my mouth with her inference that I put it here. I could certainly afford to pay for my meal, and did pay for my parents anyway. My sisters meal, the bacon was undercooked, so she sent it back to be cooked some more. They forgot about bringing it back, and she finally received it after she asked for it when her meal was almost finished. I understand that being Father's Day it was a bit busy but the attention to detail was lacking and I will not be returning to this location even if it is more convenient for my other family members.

We went here about 1 pm on friday sept 3rd. We were seated right away but the table was not the cleanest. I had to use a wipe we had to clean the table. Masks are mandatory in edmonton right now and the waitress had it halfway on her face. She also was hard to understand. Had to ask her to repeatedly what she said when she spoke. When the meal came it was mediocre to say the least. I also asked for something for substitution for the 2 eggs and got nothing. The fruit was way over ripe. I waited so long for a refill of my water. I had to ask for her to bring more. The glasses are small so I drank it right away and still didn't get asked if i wanted more. We waited about 10 minutes for the bill and when she finally returned she just left the debit reader on the table. I paid and we left without the receipt. The service was horrible to say the least. It wasn't busy at all in there. Only one table and they left halfway through our meal. Id hate to see if it was busy how long we would have waited......

I'm giving one star because the food was half decent, but everything else was crap because of the aweful service we had. Our server, Angela, who happened to be the only one on at the time we came in was too busy flirting with another costumer to come and sit us at a table. Then, when she did finally come she treated us like we were an inconvenience to her, and intentionally or not sat us at a dirty table. When we asked to have it cleaned, she huffed and puffed, telling us the creamy coloured rings on the table weren't from coffee, they were from the cleaning solution bottle. Later, she pushed us to buy coffee even though we told her no more than once. She rushed us to order, because she said they were closing soon and then later told us to take our time because she still had other costumes. When she dropped the bill she all of the sudden started to be overly talkative and friendly... fishing for a better tip no doubt. Overall a bad experience and I probably won't go back as a result.

Ordered a BLT with a side of fruit instead of potatoes. In the end I was charged for the potatoes and the side of fruit. I clarified with the waitress if she had billed me correctly. It turns out even if you ask for a substitution, you are still billed for the regular price of your meal and they just add your sub as a side. The waitress said that she assumed that I had known and read that on the menu. Just an FYI for anyone who goes here, apparently if you want to substitute something you will still be charged for all the original items that come with that meal, your sub is just added as a side item that you are also charged for as a separate item. Might want to let your staff know to also let the customer know of this policy verbally when they are ordering. Not everyone has the time to read all the fine print on the menu.

We haven't tried Tutti Frutti in many years as the last time we went (probably 4-5 years ago) it was not good at all. But we had heard it got better so we thought we'd give it another shot. We arrived on a Sunday around 10:30am and the restaurant was very busy. We got seated right away, but it took a good 10 minutes before our server came over to greet us. I ordered the Tutti Frutti Brioche and my spouse ordered the Céline’s special with all bacon and a Strawberry banana smoothie. Our meals came out a little slower, but we were both impressed with our meals. The Tutti Frutti Brioche was good. A big portion for sure and came with a lot of fruit. Most of the fruit tasted a bit under ripe, but was still good. My spouse enjoyed his bacon and eggs too. Can't go wrong with that! Overall we'll be back and enjoyed our meal there.

Although I couldn't say anything wrong with the quality of the food there's definitely some better description that could be going on as I can't eat cheese and when I ordered a sandwich that had cream and strawberries in it it came with cream cheese and strawberry in it so I wasted $20 because I had to throw it out. Presentation was nice of the food it looked really delicious but it lasted in my mouth all of about half a second and then I had to spit it right up. It was the crispy blueberry cream sandwich combo. Considering whether a person has allergies or not to have proper description of what's in the food drops my review down to a one star because that's a health and safety concern.

I went there for the first time and the food was terrible. Hash browns were cold and way to many big pieces of onion in it, which could have been cut into smaller pieces. Coffee was awfully strong. So I don't suggest to order the coffee unless you like very strong coffee. I ordered the eggs Benedict and asked for poached medium and they came out hard as rocks. I like my egg yolks to be cooked but still have soft yolks. The food was cold when it came to our table. The English muffin was good and so was the ham. The fruit that came on the plate was not ripe at all. It was very sour/bitter except for the Apple pieces. Service was ok but could have been much better. This was my husband first time eating there as well and he thought the same thing as myself. This is my personal opinion.

This restaurant USED to be amazing, before it was sold to new owners. It’s sad to see the quality of the food, and service go completely down hill. I really used to love the restaurant and went there almost every Saturday with my family and now I don’t because who wants a negative start to their Saturday. I see that ppl are starting to notice biz it used to be way busier. I highly recommend trying “JB’s.” It’s in the same parking lot just across from DynaLIFE and you will have a way better meal and service. Obviously, They aren’t doing much to fix the many problems of this place by just having someone cut and paste a generic sentences like “ we are sorry you had a bad experience, we will pass your concerns over to…” bla bla bla. I’ve given them enough chances and I’m over it.

The food was really good, but the service and the atmosphere are lacking. We were seated in a round booth in a corner right near the kitchen, yet it seemed to take our server a long time to get to us. The dining room is a huge open square room. This used to be a Blockbuster Video location after all. With no partitions or anything to muffle sound, our Sunday morning brunch had us shouting across the table at each other as though we were in a night club. Thankfully being in the only round booth in the back corner helped to dampen some of the noise. Food was really good, as it often is with this chain. The menu is a standard breakfast menu, so if you want eggs, pancakes or waffles, you will find it here. Prices were good as well, four of us ate and had coffee for around $60

I have not been here in awhile, and I am not sure what has happened to this place but it sure has gone down hill. It took forever to get service, 5 tables being used and 2 people taking orders and for some reason it took forever to have someone take our order. The strawberries looked like they were cut the day before and left in the fridge uncovered and for whatever reason my waffle tasted like powder. The waitress was wearing her mask below her nose and the 2 other people I saw in the kitchen were wearing their's on their chins. Service was friendly the place was clean (although we saw someone cleaning a table that had the "already been sanitized" sign on it). I want to help support businesses during this crazy time but I do think I would ever go back.

Took my daughter to breakfast, her pancakes were terrible. She ate a bite spit it out than I tried it i needed to spit it out. The waitress didn't come over once to see how it was. She shared my breakfast with me since the waitress wouldn't come back. No coffee refill. Had to pull someone aside after he was running food out. Let him know about the food after we sat there for 15 minutes waiting to pay and leave. This is how we sat for 15 minutes after our meals were finished. The man took the pancakes off the bill however the waitress than argued with me about how if someone doesn't like the meal its not taken off the menu. Telling me my daughter who spit her food out its our problem. Will not be back never had such terrible service in my entire life.

We came for Mother’s Day brunch and the place was packed, so we were ushered and seated outside in their patio for our brunch. We didn’t mind sitting outside, but it took about 15 min before we were attended to. The server managed to be friendly inspite the busyness of the restaurant. Was a full house. Great healthy options to choose from their menu. Our food didn’t come to our table until 40 min later. Because we were super hungry, we enjoyed all our omelettes with fruit bowl and banana Nutella combo. Overall, the service was good, food was excellent and will consider returning for another brunch date. Thanks !

Waited over an hour for the waitress to return to my table to take my order. When we arrived, there was one group already eating and one obviously waiting for others. No one else and we waited 10 minutes to be seated. The waitress took our drink order and brought it to us in a good time frame. More Customers had come after us been seated, drinks delivered, and then more and more customers seated and had food received before the waitress returned to ask if I would like more coffee or my son juice. I requested my bill and told the waitress that it had been an hour and no order was taken so I wanted to pay for our drinks and leave. She told us she "forgot and thought our order had been taken" It was disappointing to say the least.

We arrived at 10:30am and were given a 15 to 20 min wait. Parties of 2, 4 and 6 came in after us and were seated. We were seated at 11:17am 45 mins later. The host did apologize but I just couldn't wrap my head around it. There was consistent in and out traffic. The atmosphere is lovely and the food was good. But the waitress forgot to ring half our food up so we didn't get any food until 12:00pm. She did apologies and was honest with us. I wouldn't attempt to eat here again. The oatmeal was priced at the same price point as the Fairmont at $8 a bowl. I could buy 3kg for that price. For the price I think I would rather go to the Hotel McDonald. Better service, atmosphere and food. Same price.

Expensive for a subpar breakfast. The bacon quality was worse than fast food and most of the food was lacking any flavor. The sausage was cold and must have been cooked ahead of time and not upon order. The eggs were fine but honestly, they are just eggs. Even the fruit seemed like it was passed its prime. The hot chocolate was basically hot water with a hint of chocolate after taste. The only positive thing I can say about the breakfast is the portions were fair and my wife and I left full. For the 40$ my wife and I spent on breakfast I expected much higher quality. Aside from the bacon, nothing tasted bad. Just over all quite bland. Will not be returning.

Extremely tasty place, some very cool things here for everyones tastbuds!! The breakfast poutines are to die for!!! Especially with shredded hashbrowns! Anything with holindaise sauce tho I'm 100% down for!! I could even dip my fingers in it, haha!! They have nice healthy options, too!!! My only wish is they had beyond meat!! Now then, oh man, I'd be a happy man!!

Bait and switch. Called ahead to see if our group could be accommodated, otherwise we would head elsewhere as we did not want to wait. They assured us that they had a table waiting for our group, however when we arrived they stated that the person on the phone was mistaken and it would be a few minutes. Which turned into 20 minutes of waiting. Needless to say, this bait and switch did not impress us. To top it off, the waitress brought one of us the wrong food because she put it in wrong. Overall I cannot recommend this place because it seems like each staff member does something different and what they say can be far from the truth.

EDIT: The restaurant has reached out to me and done their due diligence to fix the issue. Very disappointed with my recent skip order from here. When I opened the bag and took out my take away container, my BLT was deconstructed, falling apart, the bread was stale and the hash browns were very unsatisfactory. My coworkers tried to talk me out of getting lunch from here, they had told me the food was inedible but I wanted to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and I should have listened to them! I’m not sure if it’s new owners/management but I can tell it’s not nearly the same from my prior visits at this location.

Came here with a couple friends on Saturday. Greeted nicely and had a nice server, but the food was not it. My friend ordered a mocha that came at room temperature. I ordered the BBQ pulled pork eggs Benedict and not even 30 minutes after eating half my meal I did not feel good. On the ride home, threw up multiple times and no doubt it was from the food. We were also given dirty/ used utensils that had food on it still, not to mention that the table we were sat at was sticky, causing my friends bag to become sticky. Although we saw decent reviews, won't be coming back again.

Usually a good experience but today was disappointing, I ordered the brunch combo that comes with 3 meats and chose turkey sausage and turkey bacon and extra turkey sausage in substitute of ham. When the food arrived there were only 2 pieces of turkey sausage and when I asked about the portion I was told that it comes with only 1 piece of turkey sausage and the second piece was what they substituted the ham with. I've eaten here before and I even called another location to confirm the amount of turkey sausage and confirmed that the brunch combo comes with 3 pieces not one.

Went their for a late lunch on Sunday. There were only 6 other tables in the restaurant and 3 servers. They were running around looking stressed like they each had 6 tables to serve. We sat there for 20 minutes without anyone even coming by to take a drink order. Were walked past about 3 times. Even the hostess was standing 10 feet away and didn't bother to do anything. Ended up walking out. By the looks of the other reviews for this place, i doubt we missed out on anything. Hiring staff who are oblivious to their surroundings is what puts a place out of business.

Clean and spacious. The guy who took us to our table looked unhappy. Potatoes of different kinds were pretty good. Salmon on the eggs Benny was not good at all. Everything else on the Benny was okay. Coffee was some of the worst I've ever had. Service was friendly but she had her back to the restaurant chatting with management for quite a while when we were there. What kind of management allows that... Right next to the tables.

Whenever I go here, the food on the menu looks amazing. They definitely have the presentation down. I LOVE the way they do their potatoes - unlike any other place I’ve been to. Plus the fruit has always been perfectly ripe and sweet! However I sometimes find that the food is slightly not as good as I’m expecting it to be. This doesn’t happen all the time, but it’s something I’ve noticed. The staff is great, always checked up on us even though we were in the very back corner of the restaurant. In the future I’d love to see more vegan options on the menu.

Just called in about my order wanting to make sure they get it right because of my allergies and who ever was talking to me was so rude, before I was even done explaining what I was saying he interrupted me saying, "It will be an extra charge, ok bye." and then hung up in my face.. My food is on the way, but now I'm worried to eat it and end up in the hospital from an allergic reaction. I shouldn't have to be worried about the food I'm eating like it could be posoined or something, this isn't the middle ages.

I frequent here quite often but this last round was pitiful & the service was horrendous. They served the wrong plates to the kids, all the bananas were disgusting. We had a Nutella banana crepe and my nephew wouldn't even eat, the bananas were awful . They didn't want to take off the bill fruit cup was moldy pineapple and un ripe bananas as well. And again.. didn't take off Bill either. Had to complain again and again. Not the best experience. I likely will not return after all that.

**Edit changed to 4 stars Made my way back today and had the same server. She knew exactly who I was, which was a bit awkward. The food was great again, and the service was much much better! I do appreciate taking my concerns to heart. Thank you! The bathroom could use the same attention. Original post 3 stars The food was actually 5 stars. The service however was pretty terrible. With only 2 tables in the whole place we couldn't even get a drink refill. The bathroom was very dirty.

Wait time aside for mothers day, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered the raspberry crisp French toast...... It tasted like they were fried in bacon grease and there was very little raspberries or custard on the "crisp" French toast. The waitress expressed her condolences and offered 10% off our bill but to me it certainly wasn't enough to outweigh the $15 dollars for the one meal I shelled out to only eat fruit...... Disappointed to say the least.

This was a nice visit to a breakfast restaurant after the morning Rush. Not many folks eating so the service was very good. I was able to make a few accommodations and the server had no problem meeting them. I really like that they bring a large container of water, so that I'm not waiting for a refill. The food was tasty and the bacon crisp just as I requested. I would like to be able to make your own omlette, however not having that option isn't the end of the world.

My wife .and I took our daughter today for her birthday. I ordered steak and eggs for myself the steak was rare instead of medium rare and there was lots of fat on the steak. My daughter ordered salmon penidict the bread was burned and she didn't finish her plate .the waitress said that she is going to let them know,but obviously no one cares. it used to be our breakfast place when the previous owner was running and the food was good . we will never go there any more.

Deplorable service (actually none at all). We went in today ahead of a few patrons, got seated and waited for server as it was not very busy. As we sat the patrons behind us got served for drink and food orders as we still waited, big family came in and they went right to them, we got up and left. Tutti Futti “was” a favourite. Manager/Owner can check cameras around 11am, 8 April to see for yourselves. Was hungry and had to take them to a chain resturant. Thank you.

Gluten free crepes and pancakes, yes!! Food was great, prices were the best I've seen in a while, fruit was fresh, portions were above expectations. Restaurant was clean and inviting. Service was a tad slow but I would wait all day for that meal again ❤️. Note also we arrived at 8am before the full staff was arrived and settled in.

Horrible experience! Our food came out cold, & with no utensils, waited a bit thinking the server would bring some, had to track someone else down & ask for some, that took forever, and by the time we started eating the food was awful. My pancakes tasted like batter. We told the server how awful the food was & asked for the bill, she vanished for a bit & came back to clear the table before bringing the bill! Ridiculous! Horrible service & horrible food!

Amazing place! Delicious food, always fresh, well portioned especially for the price. I always have some left over to take home. The staff are fantastic so charismatic and kind. This is the ideal spot to come if you're catching up with a friend, having brunch with the family, craving waffles with the kids! The atmosphere is warm and comforting. It gets busy on the weekends, but weekdays it's moderately quiet for the most part. Highly recommend!!!!

Before the pandemic this place was great. I dont think the staff were prepared to reopen. Kitchen staff are not wearing masks while preparing food. Not all wait staff are wearing masks while helping customers. We had to ask for everything, sugar, syrup, salt and pepper. They have nothing on the tables prepared for new customers. There was no seasoning on our steak or omelette, and it seemed our waitress kept forgetting about us

Its been a very long time since ive had to spit out food at a restaurant. The hollandaise is just bad. Lumpy, off putting smell, wierd flavor. There's no way it's made daily, more like a weekly batch that's gone bad. Brought the majority of my breakfast home and my dog wouldn't even eat it.

Ordered with Uber eats and it was an hour wait which we knew at the time of ordering but this was honestly the worst breakfast we’ve ever had. Omelette was so over cooked. Scrambled eggs where so overcooked they where inedible and we received no toast with either or our orders even though it stated toast on the menu was included. Would not recommend and it was not even a decent price. So disappointed

Food is AMAZING! The customer service is friendly and professional here. The food is really what sells this place. It is absolutely delicious and the quality sets this restaurant apart from other similar establishments such as Humpty's or Smitty's. Because the ceiling is open, the noise is not well-managed there, so it is not ideal for those who are hearing-impaired or sensitive to louder noise.

Great breakfast modeled after Coras (lots of fruit) but a bit cheaper. Went in at noon and the place was almost empty! Had the french toast sandwich which came with a ton of fruit! Great service, great food and good value!

After patiently waiting and watching everyone who arrived after us get their order, we asked where our food was and the waitress admitted that she forgot to place it with the kitchen! I didn’t realize it was the customer’s responsibility to remind a waitress to do her job! Do better Tutti Frutti!

Went for lunch on a quiet friday. Was seated quickly, and waitress was instantly there for my drink order. I ordered The BLT bagel with homefries. The food came in decent time, and was quite good. I'd highly recommend for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Alone or with a group, this place is perfect. Staff was extremely friendly. Plenty of parking out front, wheelchair accessible

Food was ok, but the service was lacking. Our server took so long to take our order and to check on us after the food arrived. I was missing a few things in my meal but if I waited for her it would of been cold. There was maybe 4 other tables in the restaurant. Most of the time out server was in the back joking with th kitchen staff instead of paying attention to her tables.

Tutti Frutti is my favorite breakfast/brunch restaurant in the city. If you're looking for comfort food, quick service, and a family friendly environment, I would definitely recommend it.

Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict

Sitting here enjoying the service and the food. Bridgette is a doll so polite and gave exceptional service always had a friendly smile and was well aware of the needs of customers. Place is clean and organized. I had the pulled pork eggs Benedict with shaved hash browns. The fruit they give and how it’s cut is art in itself. I recommend this place for breakfast any morning.

Great variety on the menu! Great service as well. Unfortunately the coffee is just not good. I’m not sure if the machine needs to be cleaned or it’s the blend that is served but the coffee is flat, bitter and almost burned. It’s always been this way, we’ve been to the restaurant ten times at least. Despite the food being good, we hesitate going back due to the poor coffee.

A great breakfast place for crepes, pancakes, fresh fruit, french toast, eggs Benedict, etc. The service is quite good and efficient. On weekends there can be a wait after 10AM, but the staff is as efficient as possible getting people through, so the wait usually isnt too bad. The food is very similar to Cora's, so if you like it there, definitely give this place a try.

Had a brunch here yesterday. Staff was friendly and the food came out rather quickly for how busy they were. I had the bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. The portion size was huge. I don’t think I even dented the cream cheese. Lol. The food was good. No complaints. I’d have to go a couple more times in order to ensure a 5 star. But there well on the way. Thanks

Waitress had earbuds in the whole time. Rude, do that on your own time. Ordered milkshake, talk about tha smallest milkshake ever , taste was ok. Steak and eggs, gross the steak looked like it was warmed in a microwave, no discernable grill mark tasted gross! Would not recommend, go to Dennys or McDonald's instead.

We walked out very disappointed! Update, after we left we went to Cora’s just around the corner and it was more busy than tutti frutti yet we were served immediately. 10/10 suggest Cora’s

This is one of my go-to restaurants for breakfast, it's always clean, staff are always friendly and efficient, and most of all the food is really delicious. I usually get the steak and eggs and it's a place I go to regularly.

The service was good, but the chicken quesadilla was bland and not that great. I didn't finish my food and wasn't offered a discount for leaving the food. The server was aware I didn't like it. The oreo milkshake was just ok

This was my first ever time going to Tutti Frutti for breakfast. It definitely did not disappoint! Considering how busy it can be in the mornings I only waited a few minutes for seating arrangements. The atmosphere was also really nice. I love how they garnish and give a bunch of fruits unlike a lot of other places! Wouldn't mind going again.

It's a good breakfast place but it's very standard and always busy and loud on the weekends. Glad we go here and we are definitely repeat customers mostly because it's super fast to get in and out always which is nice even on holidays like mother's day

Really enjoyed eating here. Very friendly and attentive staff, huge portions and great food. I had the vegetarian omelette, which was delicious. The fruit was very fresh, toast was piping hot. The waitress was really nice. Our food came quickly and our waitress was very attentive but we were not rushed out. Great experience here.

Came here on a morning Friday by myself, it was pretty empty so I was seated as soon as I came in. My server was very friendly throughout the entire service. I love the benny's here and the serving size is always more than enough. The potatoes with hollandaise sauce is really good. Great experience - I'll definitely come back.

Large dining area, polite wait staff. Food is great, nice selection. Fruit is more fresh than Cora's.

I asked Google to tell me a good breakfast place near the VIP North Cinaplex and Tutti Frutti came up. So today was my first time here. It was a cute clean awesome place. I loved my yummy food served up hot and fast. My waitress was great.. helpful..efficient and just the right amount of friendliness! I will be back! :)

Was an awesome breakfast!! Food was scrumptious, (brie and mushroom bennies!) service was outta this world, fantastic!! Della was our server and she made the good food even better with her excellent service. Who even knew that was possible...‍♀️

Good was decent until I found a hair- waitress barely acknowledged that i was grossed out from the hair, no deductions given, substitutions were not advised about charges. Host guy was rude and refused to provide us a table as I assumed he saved that particular one for his friends. Overall unimpressed.

I wasn't overly impressed by this place. It was okay and nothing more. The waitress did her job but wasn't very friendly. The tables were sticky and the seats still had food on them from the previous customers. The food was fine but nothing special. Not likely I will visit this Cora's knock off again.

Great breakfast place, we go here whenever we can. They have fresh squeezed juice that is phenomenal and the potatoes that come with a lot of meals are great. Service has always been at least pretty good, but they get crazy busy sometimes and service will suffer but that is to be expected.

Been coming here for few years, love the options, costumer service has improved a-lot, Della was so helpful and welcoming! Recommend this place for sure

This was the first time I have been to a Tutti Frutti. This location was so accommodating to my food allergy. The service was great, I will be heading back with my children at some point in the future!

I met a friend for brunch. Our server, Corrine, was fast, friendly, and kept coming around to refill our coffee. The food was good, and lots of it. I actually had more than I could manage. Everything well cooked, and reasonably priced. My new favourite place in the North end!

It is ok. Next time, I will support small businesses other than franchise.

The service was excellent, young girl very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The food was less than great, we each had a variety of eggs benedict but neither was that successful. Fresh orange juice was really good but the coffee was not great...very bitter and unenjoyable.

Great place for breakfast. Was busy today but the service was still great. We waited 10 minutes to get a table which is no big deal. The place was packed. However that did not stop them from offering great service and great food. While most other places would crumble.

Lots of options if you are looking for sweet or savory. Portion sizes are really hearty. Had a drink that we didn't like the way it tasted and they gave us a different drink no problem.

I went today and the food was good but the service was horrible. My wife's coffee was frozen cold and I had to request cutlery and syrup for my waffle. I think the servers need training and should be a little friendly when working in the food service industry.

Banana pancakes, two over hard eggs, one scrambled egg, 8 strips of bacon, bacon and cheese omelet, two fruit bowls, and egg benedict on an English muffin with guacamole. Of course, we couldn't forget the Coffe News! Take out, just over $80 after a 20% tip.

I came here after reading all the positive reviews. Ended up paying $25.00 for 3 stripes of turkey bacon, 2 eggs and 3 pancakes and a side of fruits... ok buddy !! The only thing I can say was good were the fruits. Way to loose business Sticking to IHOP

It wasn’t to busy so it provided a nice breakfast atmosphere and service was excellent despite only having three servers on shift, the food was excellent, just be warned their coffee is strong lol

absolutely the best place in the neighborhood for weekend brunch! food was absolutely amazing. smoothies were really good and blended well. coffee was just OK but I mean it's coffee. although they were busy our table was well taken care of

The food was very good but kind of pricey for the same meal everywhere else. And if you don't like warm water, then get juice or smoothie. The atmosphere was very loud I could barely hear the person beside me. Ps. Pancakes are expensive.

Excellent eating experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and order taken, was maybe 5 to 10minutes. Meal was served hot and excellent taste... I would definitely recommend this place for a family meal.

Huge portions and fantastic food! Service is a little slow at this location, but always friendly.

Staff is accommodating, polite, and the food was really REALLY good! If you don't like open concept restaurants (like me), you may not find the noise from everyone talking very enjoyable. But the delicious food makes up for it.

It’s not busy here , had three tables very slow . I didn’t enjoy the drink I had I always used to get this drink but now it just taste water down no sugar . Server didn’t check up on us only when she brought out the food .

Nice restaurant, great food! They are currently open much later than I'm used to. Always look forward to visiting again

Used to be good.. But honestly this place has gone down hill. Bacon was all fat. The hashbrowns were dried out. Don't think I'll be back again unfortunately. Wish Edmonton had better breakfast places.

Good food but not the best service. Server charged me to substitute bacon and eggs with turkey sausage. How can they change extra to remove 3 items( eggs and bacon) for 2 pieces of sausages instead.
