Waited 1.5 hours with a hungry child before calling to see where the pizza was. Was then told they'd delivered and basically accused of lying (manager failed to put the phone on hold so I could hear their conversation and they were adament they had delivered and we were lying.. haha). I suggested they check Google Street view so the driver who was in on the conversation on their end would realise their mistake but manager wasn't interested (felt like I was doing his job at this point)..then I said they were welcome to check our CCTV which would prove they had not delivered... Manager seemed taken aback when they were told to stick the pizza and issue a refund (yes I'd made the mistake of prepaying)..emailed a complaint afterward to give them and opportunity to respond but received no response. Mistakes happen so no hard feelings with the delivery driver, but the 1 star sits 100% with the terrible management that can't manage such a basic issue (or it seems put a phone on hold).

The place is a bit secluded in a small shopping center but fantastic to dine in. Host were very welcoming, chatted as I looked like a new face. Place is very clean and pizza is out of the world. I am not much of food picture person but I had to share this pizza with friends and family. There were numerous layers of toppings, all fresh and flavoured eloquently. Each bite was a burst of flavour. Price is so reasonable for the pizza. I would totally struggle to eat any chain restaurant pizza and pay the top dollar, now feels like a rip off.

Absolute quality here at Base n Burger Turramurra. Fantastic pizzas, high levels of consistency between orders, EVERY SINGLE PIZZA IS UNIQUE IN ITS OWN RIGHT, and some of the best customer service you’ll find! I’m sure this place will continue to get many, many more 5-star ratings. Best pizza on the north shore, without a shadow of a doubt! Frank and his team know how it’s done best!! Service is next level and you’re made to feel part of the family. These guys deserve to be in business for a very, very long time!

Just wanted to start by saying the customer service provided is in another level. The food is unbelievably good that my 10 year picky eater has eaten everything from here. Always a special surprise with our order and tonight it was the Pesto Garlic pizza. Would recommend this place to anyone who loves a good pasta And pizza. 10/10

Fantastic choices; superb flavours and great value for money. Tried this hidden gem on spec and was not disappointed by anything. Ordered the Ibiza chicken and Quarterback beef burgers with a serve of chips. These are nothing like you will ever get served in a fish&chip shop or other fast food place. The beef burger was thick and juicy, cooked perfectly and simply melted in your mouth. So if in the area this is the place to go then keep going back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Extremely slow delivery. 1Hour and 40 minutes and I live 6 minutes away. Called back to complain and to get a refund for half of the order they didn’t want to do that. Their solution was to bring food back so they can cook a fresh one. What kind of solution is that. If you order a delivery is because you can’t go out. Requested to speak with the manager and they refused as well. Very disappointing disgusting service.

Gourmet pizza was yummy. We have take away orders quite a number of times because we like the pizzas. Last week was the first time we ate in. Got to know the owners (F and G). It was a boutique and friendly experience. Also great to know they support local schools and employ half dozens of school kids. What a way to help local community! Keep it up guys. Thanks for the hospitality!

Put simply, they make good pizza that’s why we keep coming back. Well positioned quality establishment serving the community with a pizza fit for the locals & anyone that may stumble across this gem. Ordered home delivery, food arrived earlier than the suggested time which was amazing and was very hot when it arrived. The ribs + wing combo was great. Lots of meat on the ribs and the wings were on the larger size compared to some places that has small wings. The sauce on the Jamaican chilli wings were on point too. Would recommend!

Amazing food, great service, and even better people. Personal favourites: the pesto veggie pizza (I'm not big on vegetarian food but this is to die for), pesto King prawns pizza, the taco pizza (was really suprised by how good this is) and their crispy chicken burgers! I keep going back to try more and more of their pizzas and burgers and haven't been disappointed.

Our favourite local for almost two years! We have since moved to Gordon and I wouldn't buy pizza anywhere else. New menu is also amazing! Delicious, tender ribs. Have been in the past when it opened and the Pizza was great, then went back again some months later and not good. Tried again about 9 months later again now and the pizza was exceptional. Would not hesitate. I think the owner made it tonight for us and the first time. Highly recommended

Burgers were delicious and were in perfect condition when we got home (no soggy buns)! Quarterback and big Jack and peri peri chilli were SO GOOD! The team also aced the fries! Well cooked and crunchy! We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu! Such an amazing find!

This was the most disgusting experience ever. We ordered 3 burgers all of them were cold dry and disgusting. The Chips were also soggy and cold. And to top it off for $46 they send 2 cans of drink as opposed to bottles. Will definitely not get anything from them again.

Ordered from the Forestville store, took over 2 hours to deliver and every time I called multiple times and they kept say the order is on its way. The lateness, rudeness and the fact my meal was stone cold has turned me off ordering from them again.

Ordered three combos for delivery and was greeted by a very polite delivery driver who arrived a tad early (I'm not complaining) maybe it was because of his sporty car. However the burgers were great and very filling. Definitely ordering again soon!

Best burgers and pizzas on the upper North shore. Service always excellent, try the peri peri burger. Casual atmosphere makes for a perfect place to eat out. Store fit out is trendy and brand new.
