NOTE: After 9pm, all buses are routed to station C, no other buses serve the other stations. This was posted nowhere online and I walked for 10 minutes until I saw the in person sign. Trains were on time during late night and with no issues. Train station easy to navigate both entering from the bus and leaving from the bus. Great views from there. As for the bus stop, it is rather long and can take a while to get to a specific station. The shelters were cozy with ample seating. Only issue for me was the night stop at station C, which wasn’t posted on the Travel Planner or Google Maps.

Heads up! There aren't enough buses to handle the number of passengers arriving from downtown during the afternoon rush. The result on Monday Sept 16 was a very crowded bus platform full of frustrated people. This is probably how it's going to be for the next three weeks. Hopefully higher bus volumes will be coming with the changes in October.

One of the very few stations that its overhead canopies extend over the entire length of the train platform. Finding your or catching your transfer bus during rush hour can be a challenge as the sidewalks and exits are narrow af and become a bottleneck. Just remember: go west = go left, buses to Kanata are on the left side of the exit.

The I train survives greatly improves the efficiency of work, study and life because it does not encounter red lights, traffic jams, and is not too crowded to ride. At the same time, the opening of convenient bicycle-car carriages, in the cockpit and platform with relevant signs, in short, look forward to opening more lines.

Great transfer hub for buses. If riding the LRT, you can go on either platform to go East as this is the last stop. It's a bit of a walk to the bus transfer areas. It's not sheltered or blocked from rain/snow. I do like the bike locking station. There could be more stalls and a place to fix your bike.

Great Light rail station all around. It offers easy transfer on the west bound BRT (Transit way). There is no fare gate between BRT and light rail. Trains depart every 3 minutes in rush hour. Otherwise train departure is every 5-8 minutes. Trains depart eastbound from either platform.

First time I’ve taken public transportation in this city and the LRT is awesome 1 min wait time , easy to use ticket machines took no time at all to finish transaction. Went from Tunneys to Rideau then took Rideau to Blair and rode it the whole way back 22 mins total great job Ottawa

Nothing crazy about this location in terms of looks, it's just really good for the transport it projects to all of Western Ottawa. The staff are always very kind but the station it's self isn't something insane.

Tunney's Pasture was great. I have to say though the bus service is awful! It took over three hours to from Beechwood to Kanata! Absolutely horrible, I could have been halfway to Toronto in that time!!

You will get buses to several destinations.. Look for the correct letter (like A, B, C) in the sign boards. The Google map exact location of the stop may be slightly off.

good bus and train stop. easy to get to train station from bus stop. only issue is there is too many buses and it is hard to find your bus but it is still good.

The City of Ottawa, Ottawa Light Rail Transit (OLRT) services is a great and convenient way to travel across the city.

Nice modern station & typically a straightforward experience (when the train is running on time, that is).
