Was unable to ship an ebike from the UK. Found this company who were more than helpful and accommodating. Was delivered fully assembled and ready to ride. Jimmy gave me full safety instructions and was very knowledgeable about the bike. More than pleased with the bike itself and was told if there were any problems the company would help, brilliant bike and customer service, highly recommend

The bikes deliver as advertised and are really good- and the service is simply ABOVE expectations. Bought a bike in 2020 and now upgraded to a newer model (with a rebate for returning the older one) You only come back to a business when you have been satisfied from the beginning.

Can't wait to visit the shop and find a proper bike to buy... Hopefully they have reasonable prices
