This company is fantastic! I contacted them via a web contact form and they responded the next day and booked a site visit. Then the tech Blaine called on the day he was booked and said he was wrapped up early from his previous call to mine and he could come an hour earlier if it was convenient for me. This is when the 5 star rating really happed.. When Blaine arrived he went through my system (which is older) and listened to what problems I was experiencing and then gave me the options to resolve it. With tech you can solve the problem or solve it and future proof it (to a degree..) We made decisions based on the “actual” tangible benefits of each solution and then he went to work. When he left everything worked perfectly, and some items much better than it ever did and he didn’t have to do as much as he thought. I enjoyed Blaine’s farewell, “I probably won’t see you soon” as he walked out the front door. I definitely will recommend them to anyone for networking issues and Control4 setup.

I have dealt with just about every Home Automation/AV company in Edmonton and True Home Cinema was the first ones willing to actually listen to my concerns. They took over my system from another company and I couldn't be happier with the result. Great job.
