I happen to know the owner Andres. We're both members of the LGBT community and he and his employees are good at what they do. I very much recommend buying a ticket here. I especially recommend using his agency if you're American and live in San Diego. Catch any flights from Tijuana to any Mexican destination are domestic flights. Also if you are also LGBT, you'd be supporting an LGBT owned business.
