These guys are amazing! I'm blown away with the level of customer service as well as being super competitive with pricing. I usually try to do most of my own vehicle repairs as I just don't trust anyone - especially dealers. But I needed an alignment and obviously I can't do that. So I went to a local big tire company to get an alignment and they said the inner tie rod had some play in it and needed to be replaced. In their quote they said the steering rack needed to be removed in order to replace the inner tie rod. Not a chance! I begrudgingly paid the $80 inspection fee and left. I wanted a second opinion and went to Torque as 3 of my friends have recently had work performed there. Torque booked my CR-V in that week and put it on the hoist where they also found the lower control arm bushing had failed. (Tire company missed it completely) They sent a video of the issue as well as showed me in person what was going on. They ordered the parts in and had it back to me the next work day. And because they're honest they don't inflate the work like the Tire shop I went to. They also replaced the outer tie rod which makes perfect sense. Why would you reuse one half of a steering component? So now my CR-V is back on the road. It drives perfectly and Steve and his staff at Torque has earned a customer for life. I won't go anywhere else and will gladly send anyone and everyone I know to him for repair work. You guys are just awesome! Thank you again!!

Steve made my car feel brand new again. I took it to him for a second opinion on a diagnosis I got from the dealership (big mistake taking it there in the first place) I was told my hubs needed replacing all around the car. Steve told me it was just an issue with my rotors, he replaced them for me for a great price. 1/3 of what I was quoted for the wrong work from the previous shop I took it to. He was friendly, the quote he gave me was accurate, communicated well about the issue and even showed me the old rotors he took off my car. This shop will always be my first choice when I need work done on my car!!

- recently took my car for its mechanical inspection & maintenance as per acuras maintenance schedule. (Aug 08th/23 , and car was ready the following day at lunch time).. it needed a new belt (time-consuming task), among other things. - the torque mechanics were able to complete everything on the minder schedule & they did it faster then they would have done it at acura & cheaper... much cheaper.... We will never go anywhere else .. & theyre Always welcoming/friendly, thanks for the service guys!!

The people working here are great. The location is a little weird to get to the first time you look for it. My car has come in for a few things, and each time Steve and co. have been very accommodating, honest, and timely. I will be absolutely be using this shop for more work in the near future to maintain my car.
