Ужасный опыт обслуживания. Гуляли по улице с ребенком, решил сделать заказ заранее на вынос в Torento. Позвонил, сказали приходить через 20 минут. По дороге зашли в ресторан, они говорят не было такого заказа. Так и не нашли чека на мой заказ, а скорей всего забыли про него. Сделали на месте, повара молодцы однако опять же сумму взяли как за говяжий Искандер кебаб когда как я попросил куриный Искандер кебаб и получил его. Так как разница в цене 16000 и не в мою пользу, заметив это попросил добавить сок мне как будто я его оплатил уже. В итоге я слышу ответ что кассу закрыли. Офигенный сервис. В итоге, злой, забивший на все и недовольный сервисом, вылетел из ресторана. Я не знаю что за странная политика но сюда я больше ни ногой.

We are visitors from neighboring country and trying different restaurants for lunch and dinner. Disliked: 1-service 2-food Liked: 1-Lamb ribs 2-Design of restaurant. Rice was dry and hard as rock Salad that we ordered had tons of walnuts, which made impossible to taste other ingredients. In the past We worked as servers too, main goal is to make guest happy by giving simple smile and greet them. At Torento don’t expect that. Personally we have nothing against employees. Management isn’t doing great job. Thank you for reading this, we hope that the service and food quality improves. I don’t know who says that this place is expensive, it’s very affordable/cheap. P.s. restrooms are joke.

I can say that this place just good. Staff is polite, but very cold and the worst thing they don't know where is restroom! What does it mean?! Generally, all dishes is consist of meat, I think because it is Turkish restaurant and the dessert is good too, but it was done in very heavy form. In other words, I can't advice this place for excellent meal but for family visiting it's one of the best!

Seeking different food my wife and I tried Torento for dinner and what a delicious surprise. We had Islander Kebab with a large puffed bread a simple salad, beer and even found coke no sugar. Menu has english words underneath each dish so that helped. Some staff had a little english and the service was very good. Will definitely try again.

Un posto molto piacevole, cibo turco buonissimo e prezzi contenuti. Siamo rimasti molto contenti di aver scelto di fare la cena qui. Consiglio ai turisti come noi ;)

Посещаем со дня открытия и все всегда было на отлично.менялись интерьеры, добавлялись залы, разнообразное меню. А торты - это особая строка, покупали всегда только здесь. Но то, что мы взяли в эту субботу нельзя назвать тортом. Замороженный сухой и горелый бисквит, если бы была возможность, то прикрепила бы фото.

Наша семья является постоянными гостями этого ресторана на протяжении вот уже 20-ти лет, еще со времён “Golden Wing”. Приятная атмосфера, всегда вежливый персонал и потрясающие аутентичные блюда турецкой кухни сделают Ваш визит незабываемым и Вы захотите вернуться сюда снова и снова …

Есть завтраки с 8:30 утра. Высокоскоростной бесплатный вайфай. Чашечка тонизирующего ароматного чая Первая бесплатно. Лучшая кальяная в городе. Отличная турецкая Кухня. сервис доброжелательный и очень скоростной. Отличный туалет который каждый час по расписанию убирают и много еще чего

Очень старая кафешка с турецкой кухней. Из плюсов стабильная работа. Из минусов - турецкая кухня обычно может быть вкуснее) в общем на четверочку. Сервис в порядке, есть доставка. Всегда есть возможность заказать на вынос по телефону. Сидеть в кафешке не очень лучше забирать собой

المطعم من المطاعم المتميرة في المنطقة وطشقند ولديه فروع في اسطنبول ودبي وغيره. الاكل ممتاز من ناحية الطعم والجوده. استمتعنا بالاكل انصح بتجربة المطعم. الخدمه ممتازه والاسعار ممتازه والنظافه ممتازه لديهم الموقع جميل والاطلاله علي الشارع العام .

Great place, i have been on second floor very quiet so nice view, good food enough portions, but lil lie about Turkish tea there is very dark tea that’s it but i know how way they makes it, doesn’t taste Turkish tea, but so far so good))

Food is good (we ordered 3 types of steak, Tawook Sandwich, Iskander Doner, Baclava, Waffle, Ice Cream & Tea), ambience is nice. They have AC ! Service needs to be improved, they need to learn English. Restaurant name is OTTO.
