No help in finding a cabin, for the ferry Piraeus- Limassol. So many mails, and calls to their Athens and Limassol agencies to no avail. I finally found a 4 pp cabin for going (even if it was only me),on their site, but there was no return ticket, even for a plane seat. The ferry was amazing, the staff and crew, very polite and helpful. Like me, several people went to the reception to ask if they had any cabins or to be upgraded, and miraculously, everybody got what they asked for. Someone is trying to sabotage the ferry line, which is so convenient for a lot of us. Mr. Mario Michael, Mr. George Lambrou, thank you, for making my dream come true. P.S. The ferry was supposed to leave at 6 in the morning, but left 2 hours earlier, without any information. Luckily friends told me about it, or else I would still be in Athens!

I booked a ferry ticket from Limassol to Piraeus and asked about the availability of a pet cabin. They said someone will call back if the pet cabin is confirmed or not AFTER I have paid. This does not make sense as the only reason why I'm taking a 30-hour ferry and not a 1:30 hour flight to Athens, is to bring along my pet (not to stick her in the cargo hold). The whole flow that you need to book AND pay for a ticket WITHOUT knowing if there's a cabin available for you or not, defeats the entire purpose of having a travel agent do your bookings for you. This entire ordeal could've been avoided with a calendar with the dates where pet cabins are available, so that passengers actually PLAN a trip. Unfortunately, it looks like they're still working on systems from the 90s.

Scammers. Don't trust them. They took our money, firstly they tell us will give it back because Covid-19 but they keep all money for months and they are giving us vouchers and not a refund. They said about a law that doesn't exist. So they are liars, scammers and not trusted company. Μην τους εμπιστευτείτε. Πήραν τα χρήματα μας, είπαν θα μας τα επιστρέψουν λόγω κορονοιού και τελικά τα κρατούν εδώ και μήνες για να μας δώσουν κουπόνια. Μιλούσαν για ένα νόμο που δεν υπάρχει. Είναι και scammers και ψεύτες. Μην τους εμπιστευτείτε.

Services of Limassol office is miserable. They don't call back on time, they don't send a promised email, prices on the website wrong. The hotel that I have chosen, was a total of 504 EUR, arriving in the office 1400 EUR. The manager does not accept any complains as he protecting his employees and told me that he doesn't have time and I need to write an email.

Kακιστη εξυπηρέτηση και παραπληροφορηση. Χρειαζόμασταν βοηθεια για τη φορμα plf κι ενω μας ειπαν οτι μπορουν να βοηθησουν, τελικα δεν εκαναν τιποτα. Μας ειπαν οτι ηταν αδυνατον να γινει η φορμα και τελικά την φτιαξαμε μονοι μας, τελευταια στιγμη, με κινδυνο να χασουμε τη πτήση. Χάσαμε 20€ για το τίποτα...

Thanks to Marios for mentioning it. I have the same problem, they give me a voucher instead of giving me back my money. I am in contact with the ministry and a lawyer. I thought because I'm not a local treat me differently but this travel agents are all liars.

The already bad boat timing departures were unilaterally changed by this company (by advancing by two hours into the middle of the night) without offering any possibility for cancellation. Also, terrible IT systems. Never again!
