As a first house buyer, I don't have any idea what things to do. He was able to find me a new home within 3 days, which I called home till August 2020. So happy with our purchase of a condo/townhouse through Wally at Top Edmonton Real Estate. I had signed up for emails with him, and finally received an email that "ticked all our important boxes". I contacted Wally and he was able to meet me the next day to view the property. Wally helped us make the decision as to our offer and helped through out the negotiations. We had a hiccup with our bank and Wally was able to recommend a broker with whom we found to be easy to work with and ended up getting a better rate than we would have through our bank. We have had several follow up emails from him asking if we need anything two weeks after our possession date. Wally was extremely professional and very kindly accommodated our schedule to view properties, even with short notice. He shared his expertise and knowledge of the properties and readily supplied answers to all our questions. He treated us like family and his work with us gave us the impression we were his primary clients and nothing was too small or big to request from him.
