My experiences with the Anna and her team at Tocca Finita have been fabulous. I showed up one Saturday morning on a mission to find a dress for an event later than day and the Sales Associates jumped right on my mission with me and we found the perfect dress within no time. They made it fun, took ownership and I felt very welcome/comfortable. Long story short, I ended up needing some post purchase service and WOW... Anna delivered - she went over and above my expectations to find a solution to ensure I was happy with my purchase. In my experience, that level of customer service is a rare find nowadays but so essential to a successful business. It's no wonder this beautiful boutique has been in existence for as long as it has! I absolutely love this store !! My experience today was spectacular and so I felt compelled to write a review .. I came in last minute looking for a dress for my trip. Every staff member was extremely friendly and and helpful. Daniella who helped me find my dress was absolutely lovely and helped me pick the perfect dress! I came with my young son and and everyone was so accommodating :) you couldn’t ask for more as a Mother ! Thank you to you all and keep up the fantastic work!

While it may appear that all clothing retailers are relatively equal, this is not necessarily the case. Selling a product is one thing, but providing ongoing personal assistance, support and service after the fact are value-added components that clearly differentiates one retailer from another. Anna Rea and her team at Tocca Finita have always provided these value-added components, and this definitely places Tocca Finita at the top of women's retail stores in the GTA.

Anna and her team are amazing. Their assistance and dedication to excellence are ever present when seeking that “special outfit”. They are attentive and knowledgeable of their inventory. They are quick to tweak an outfit or suggest something that would work better. You always feel special and important when you walk into Tocca Finita. Anna has an eye for fashion and is always bringing in new and exciting designers. There is no other place I would rather shop.

It’s the only Fashion Shop I have shopped in for over 20 years in Oakville. Anna Rea and her excellent sales staff always find me the right outfits from jeans and t- shirts to that special event dress. It’s the shop you will find quality merchandise and modern styles. Some really beautiful and stunning outfits. Sales staff were friendly and helpful. They knew the inventory and were able to help us get a stunning outfit for my mother. Price range is large and some of the clothes are hand painted by Canadian artists.
