I decided to write a new review after a recent experience at this store. First off I need to say that I've honestly never chosen a specific tobacconist just because of the vibe, but this place and the people that work there are amazing. They are always so kind and friendly, with a smile on their face and want to help you in any way that they can, I look forward to visiting this shop and I always walk out with a big smile on my face, I genuinely look forward to my trips here. I have been using these guys for quite some time and have never had a faulty product or any issues, until recently I purchased a faulty item. Due to health I was unable to take it back until the next day after discovering it was faulty and at first they explained they could not do a refund so i further explained the situation and left. I need to point out while I didn't raise my voice or anything I was a little annoyed and probably spoke a little harshly yet the lovely young man I dealt with only treated me with kindness and always a smile on his face. By the time I had walked home, less than 5 minutes, he had inspected the product to determine if it was faulty, spoken with his boss and contacted me straight away to come and get a replacement, to be honest it's better service than you find in most department stores! These guys are always willing to listen and if by chance you do have a genuine problem or even just a question don't be afraid to approach them because they only ever want to help and I've only ever seen them treat their customers with kindness and respect. They have some absolutely amazing products in their store as well, so if that stuff is up your alley then you need to stop in and check them out if you're in the area.

I bet you guys you've never seen this type of accessories, lots of variety and so many interesting things, and staff also very humble and polite, you must visit once and price also reasonable in this area I found just one and only shop like this with this type of customer service with affordable price. …

Sold me a faulty product (assuming the glass was cracked as it snapped immediately), which I returned swiftly but was told they would do nothing about it. Won't be going back. Shame because I was very excited to see what the store had on offer.

Didn't have an option to give less than 1 star otherwise, would have! Was sold a faulty lighter. Leaking gas. When I requested a refund, the staff on the counter tried to imply that the lighter was stolen. Very overpriced anyways!

Nice shop as well as the stuff. Was recommended a vape that I don't usually buy and it wasn't my jam, so I came back and was greeted with excellent costumer service. Guys are doing good business here, thank you!
