I was at zone bowling with the boys today, and overall we had a great time. We did the bumper cars and played the games. The alleys were all booked out, but we had so much fun doing other stuff it didn’t matter. The reason for only 4 stars is our lunch experience. We waited 40 minutes for lunch. Again, not a huge deal as the place was super busy and the food is proper tasty. However, they forgot the boys milkshakes. The guy apologized, and accidents do happen. All good. What wasn’t so good was he then took another half an hour to make the shakes while I stood waiting (I didn’t have a buzzer by now so felt I needed to wait). There was zero urgency in anything he did. He took so long the whipped cream was melting and running down the side of the glasses; dripping all over the place as I took them back to the table. Gee it was a mess. Given the poorness of that service, it’s testament to how good everything else was that I still give it a genuine 4 stars.

I love bowling and so does the entire family so we thought it would be a great time to have some family bowling bonding and it was nice and fun however the lane we were in kept glitching the pins were not comedown properly some times they didn’t come down at all they had to reset the lane multiple times, the person on the counter was giving us attitude about it. It just wasn’t a really great experience and we were all disappointed we usually love bowling there the lane should not have been operating obviously some maintenance was needed and it wasn’t fair that we had to deal with all of that

We had my daughter’s 10th birthday at Timezone Dee Why yesterday. The kids had a fantastic time. They loved the bowling, bumper cars & games. The bumper cars were the best. When you book a birthday party they allocate a host from staff to look after you. Ruby, our host, was amazing and went above & beyond to make Immy’s day special. Making sure all the kids were happy and all our questions were answered. Right down to making the birthday cake & decorations that we brought with us look gorgeous! In my daughter’s words, she “Slayed!”. I highly recommend the Timezone birthday party.

My son turned 6 just a few weeks ago, and he was desperate to have his party at Zone Bowling as all his friends had thoroughly enjoyed their birthdays there. So I decided to give it a try. And it’s safe to say I was not disappointed!! They provided us with delicious meals and our party host, Caitlan F, was a fantastic host and definitely helped make my sons birthday extra special. The venue was clean and accommodated any needs we had and I’m definitely going to be recommending Zone Bowling to my friends and family!!

Good variety of games but most are quite expensive. My only disappointment is that it is hard to find staff to serve you for the Timezone section. But when you do find someone to help they are very quick to fix a jam or reload your card. The venue is accessibility friendly and you can play most games easily. Parking is great as it's under the Dee Why RSL. Well presented prize area but I haven't redeemed my tickets for anything yet.

Good venue for locals (especially kids) on the Nth Beaches for 10 pins. The food is as per any bowling ally, no surprises. The noise is pretty incredible - like any bowling alley. Good wet weather option for families. The alley is on the small side so wise to reserve a lane up-front as the drop in and play may end in a wait.

We held our son's birthday at Zone Bowling Dee Why and kids had a fantastic time! It was well worth the money and filled the whole afternoon. Our host Gemma was amazing and helped make the day fun and easy. We were fortunate to have her. We can't wait to come back and do it all again. Zone Bowling Dee Why Rocks!!!

Ame & Ava were absolutely amazing hosting our Son’s 7th birthday party. They were super attentive and made sure that the more reserved kids were engaged and felt part of the group. Our son felt really special as the Birthday Boy and the whole celebration was fantastic. Thanks Ame & Ava - you guys rock!

We had a fantastic Birthday party for our boy! The whole event ran very smoothly and all the kids had a blast. Our host Laura was sensational. Super friendly, helpful and made sure everything ran perfectly. A great experience was had by all (especially the Birthday boy)! :-)

I went to zone bowling on the weekend with my children. They had non-stop fun times and we will be coming back soon. Bella T was very helpful at the front desk and made our experience very easy and fun. Would recommend to anyone with kids

Definitely would not recommend this place for events. They assigned a birthday host who was totally incompetent, communicated poorly, and spent more time hanging out with boys rather than attending to my birthday party. Plenty of staff

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the party we hosted at Zone Bowling Dee Why on Sunday, 8th October, for my daughter's 8th birthday. Regrettably, our experience was far from what we had hoped for and expected.

Ava was extremely nice and warming to me and my birthday crew. I will say she was with us all the time but told her I would take the reigns if she wanted or needed to do something which resulted in the manager having a go

We booked a package of lanes and arcade access for my 12yo daughter's birthday. The 7 party girls had a great time over two lanes and the rest of the family enjoyed our games next to them. The kids also loved the dogems.

Attended a birthday party over the weekend and absolutely can’t recommend enough. Party hosts, Brooke & Ame were both incredible! So kind and patient with a bunch of rowdy 10 yo boys! Both a huge asset to Zone Bowling!

We had a fabulous 8 years birthday party at Dee Why Zone bowling. The venue is nice and spacious! Big thank you to the party host Vlad, he was very organized and thoughtful, made our party extra wonderful!!!

Jas H did an awesome job organising 15 9-year olds for my son’s birthday. Everything went very smoothly and I hardly had to do anything. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a kids party idea.

I have only started bowling in a league for just over 12 months .I am really enjoying it .The lady who runs the comp (Joy) is very knowledgeable and helpful with her advice .

What a lot of fun this place is... it has bowling, laser tag and an arcade game section. There is something for everyone. Great family day out.

Attend weekly with a community access group and the staff are very accommodating, welcoming and friendly! Venue is always hygienic and tidy.
