We pop in to this Tim's because it is so close and convenient. It's right on highway 15 before the 401 in Kingston and it's always busy. The emplyees are always friendly and the service is great. I do worry about it being attached to a gas station/convenience store because people, especially in the morning, go roaring through the pumps to the drive through without looking to see if someone is going to their car. I wish there was a more definite entrance, rather than cutting through the pumps. So if you stop there for your favorite beverage, keep your eyes open for fools rushing for their caffeine fix.

Horrible customer service, the cashier gave me my total before I was finished ordering. Low inventory. When I did get my order my cup was covered in cream and coffee dripping off the top sides and bottom and I had to request napkins before bringing the dripping mess j to my car , the cashier then provided me with 1 napkin upon my request. 1/10 .

Would honestly give 0 stars if possible. Been there multiple times and every single time they mess up our order somehow. This time, they forgot my smoothie, burnt my boyfriends bagel, gave me sausage instead of bacon on my breakfast sandwich, gave my boyfriend NO MEAT when he asked for and paid for both sausage and bacon and forgot to add the hashbrowns we asked for several (3) times. Absolutely HORRIBLE service here!!!

We went through the drive through and a lady took our order. She was bland, monotone, and sounded completely depressed to be speaking with anyone. I find Tim Hortons locations across Ontario to have the same sub standard customer service, but this one was particularly below the bar today. Same mediocre food, same good prices, same poor service. Tim Hortons.

I walk in I look to my left I look to my right money on the floor then I look at the choices are there cinnamon buns with lots of the white stuff on top that's what I buy. If they don't have that I'll look for something else but boy I love those cinnamon rolls. If they don't have them I'll walk out with a diet cola

Ordered decafe orange Peko and didn't receive what I ordered they gave me the caffeinated one didn't notice till half hour later as it gave me racing heart from the caffeine!!! This is twice in one week people pay attention!

Timmies has gone so far downhill over the years. Use to so good before everything started to come from the freezer. For real donuts, I suggest going to where they are freshly made and baked daily.

SOOOO VERY DISAPPOINTED! Asked for a ice coffee with no syrup, had to be remade, I trusted they got it right the 2nd time! Did they.....NO! , #WRONGORDER, #REALLY

Kind of an inconvenient location. The drive through goes around the parking lot so it’s a bit awkward. Wait times are fine as it’s not in a busy location.

I went through the drive thru and got a ripped up wrap. The cook just threw it in the container knowing well enough that I wouldn't be able to eat it.

I love the convenience of timmies but have noticed cut backs on products offered, they are not always consistent on the products offered

Closest Tims to me (Gananoque close 2nd)! I am in Lyndhurst, so it is my favourite and definite first stop!
